Better customer service and better rooms it was trashy and the people were mean when we asked them for 2 towels

Convenient to the highway and quiet at night. Clean and comfortable firm bed.

The shower pressure was kinda low but it did the trick. I'm a big guy so it was good.

The floor in the room was dirty. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel. The towel came back black.

I was told in an email that there was no breakfast because of Covid precautions. I like the location, but I won’t be revisiting because the customer service was awful.

On the 1st evening of my stay, the room door malfunctioned and locked us inside. It was a safety hazard. I told management; he didn’t believe me. He actually came to our room and locked himself inside. He had to call his wife to come let him out. I requested another room; he said he was fully booked and for me to call the office 24/7 when I wanted to leave and he would come open the door from the outside so we could exit. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. On the 3rd day, I had a scheduled appointment. I called the office to be let out of the hotel room I was locked in; no answer for several calls. Then the wife finally answers and said she’d be there when she could. I told her to hurry, I have an appointment. Needless to say, I was LATE to my appointment. 4th day, maintenance came and loudly worked (drill & hammer) on the hotel door for over an hour—as I laid in my bed trying to relax. I was on vacation. Then a couple hours later maintenance returned with the manager with his machine in hand to program the new door lock and 2 card keys for us—SO DISRUPTIVE & RUDE. I’m still laying in my bed trying to rest. The next day we go out, come back and the new card keys the manager gave us less than 24 hours ago didn’t work. We were now LOCKED OUT of the room I already paid for. I had to call the office AGAIN—this time to be let into my room. I had to wait for the manager to come let us in…I was rushing because I had to use the facilities to no avail; it was about 100 degrees outside and our arms were full of heavy things. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL STAY I’VEEVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I deserve a full refund.

The customer service was good.

There were a lot of men around the entrance when we arrived. And the room was ok but there were feces and tissue in the toilet. But the guy at the desk did come and clean it.

Location to where I needed to be for the weekend was perfect. Easy to get to and from. Staff was amazing and friendly. Rooms were very spacious and well taken care of.

Check out time is 11 but keys were turned off by 9am so couldn't reenter room. Beds were just a little too firm for my liking. Phones in the room didn't work so wad unable to contact front desk or dial out

There was roaches in the room also the stove didnt work & also under the beds were very messy
