Proprietor was very understanding of my service animal. Room wasnt huge but was very clean and the bed was great. Good water pressure and hot water.

The place is perfect, clean and comfortable for a quiet night’s rest!. The hospitality is awesome! All thanks to the friendly people running the place.

Nothing to like dirty

Terrible service! Charged me 3 times for one night because they “didn’t get the original” never have towels or fresh sheets etc

So my door handle was broke took 15 min just to enter room every time, ac did not work, and flies in my room. Did not sleep well could not wait until morning to take off. Terrible.

Your service suck and your a fraud I made a report to the bank and attorney general

The staff is always so very helpful and courteous. I forgot some items in my room and the staff held on to them for me until I came back. Most places would have either thrown my stuff away or kept them. I appreciated the integrity as I've learned a lot of places in this have simply do not have.

Looks are deceiving. The room could be a little cleaner but after I cleaned off the doors and all the table tops it was just fine. The bed is the most comfortable bed I've had on this trip so much so that I booked even more nights. Best value for my dollar and would highly recommend to anyone on a budget to stay at the Mayo

I wish there was something that I could say positive about our stay, but there isn’t. Check-in took forever because he was having trouble getting the system to show where they had been paid by Expedia. The room was full of dozens of flies, a huge hole in the wall was covered by taped-up newspaper, there was an old cigarette butt in the AC vent, the fridge smelled like something died inside before it was turned off, and the bedcovers were stained and burned...

Everything worked. Sheets and linen were clean. Parking was okay. Trash receptacles outside were handy. My biggest complaint was the carpet and grime on the wall inside front door. The stains on carpet and furniture was dreadful. Price was reasonable. Probably would not stay again because of the carpet and chair.

Got an amazing rate (COVID-19 and all), but I wish I would have paid more and gone elsewhere. I checked in, and was advised that there would be no housekeeping services during my 3 day stay. Chairs, bedspread, and towels were all stained. The doors had grimy handprints all over them, there was an obvious layer of dust on top of the headboard, and the carpet had some stuff on it that should have been picked up by a vacuum. The door to the hot water heater closet was being kept shut with a coat hanger. Oh, and the electrical socket in the bathroom wouldn't work (I even tried to reset it myself). Last of all, when I went to check out, no one answered at the front office when I rang the bell (so I just threw the keys back in the room). Sorry, this was a big disappointment-even for the price.

We have stayed at Mayo Inn on 3occasions. The first two visits were just fine. This last visit we were in an older room which needed some TLC

Based on price, we got just what we needed for the trip. Comfortable bed at a quiet motel.

Everything was dirty, from the floor to ceiling. Bed sheets were the only thing clean....and when I say only, I mean it! Under the bed sheets was dirty (unknown hair, food crumbs, and discoloration on the mattress cover) the bathroom sink didn’t drain, in fact while it was holding water debris bubbled up, the floor hadn’t been swept, the shower had hair in the drain, and the A/C unit had food crumbs in the vent. All night traffic, in and out of rooms, with people that didn’t stay longer than 10 minutes. Sleep was definitely absent that night for me. The old saying ‘your get what you pay for’ is absolutely applicable here!

The bed semed fine, however; when I laid down to sleep, I felt very ichy all over. This was prevalent throughout the night, which meant I got no sleep. The door did not shut properly, which meant the accumulated heat was always escaping. This meant in order to keep the room from freezing, the heater was constantly on. Other than this, the room was fine.

Low price but old Motel; has gas water heater (in a closet in the room). Not safe without a CO2 detector (in my opinion). You can hear noise from adjacent rooms. Like "snoring" (yes, hard to believe). Good flat screen TV, that is the only thing I liked.

It was a cute little place to stay. An hour or so after I got into my room, because I was a late check-in, there were 3 loud booms and all of the sudden there were a ton of police and ambulances. My dog was nervous and it was hard to fall asleep.

We needed a place to stay overnight while traveling thru Roswell. The room was clean, huge TV with many channels, very comfortable bed and the bathroom was nice and clean!! I would definitely stay here again. 👍👍👍

The staff were great and very nice, and the price was really ideal. We had two rooms. One mattress was extremely comfortable while the other was very much not. The bathrooms were updated and very nice, but there was no vanity to place a toothbrush or anything and it was cramped, and there was an overwhelming smell in both of them that was sort of like dust or something. The TVs were nice and big with good channel options. The WiFi was extremely slow and seemed to just stop working after 10pm. The pool was filled in with gravel despite it being extremely hot outside. Parking was convenient for a car, located outside the rooms, but not a lot of space for a trailer or anything. The rooms were spacious enough but awkward and not cozy at all, such as harsh white lights in the bedside lamps and old, gross carpet and outdated paint schemes. With a little more updating and fixing the WiFi, this could be a 5-star motel.

All was fair. Customer service really good. There was however, Graffiti on a table when i got there. I tried informing the front desk at check out (it really wasnt a big deal with my stay), but noone was available at my check out. As for the room, it was clean, but there was a moldy smell to the room (Thinking it was a water leak of past issue). It wasnt really a big deal, yet a mild concern for those that have allergies to mold. Other than that, it wasnt a bad stay. Very nice people.

Booked 2 rooms. One was ok the other was still under construction. Not happy about the overall look of the hotel. Very outdated

This is an older hotel with so much charm. My room was very cozy and clean. Cable TV and Internet were quick and all was in working order. The shower had good pressure and I love the bed; very comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating to me and my service animal. I will stay there again on my way back to South Carolina. Very good location and the price was perfect

The bathroom was filthy, the tub had grime on the floor and looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The room we stood in looked nothing like the pictures posted on the website, false advertising alarm went off in my head as soon as we opened the door to the room. The room smelled dingy and there was old trash behind the fridge and the desk in the room. I can not recommend staying here. Terrible experience overall.

Price was reasonable but property was a bit run down, though no bugs or wildlife and it was quiet and comfortable.

This was a no frills motel. It was older in a more rundown area. Overall I never felt uncomfortable. There is no breakfast. If you are wanting more upscale, I would skip it. It is fine to do your laundry, shower and sleep.
