The whole staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Our family loved the pool, kitty cats, parrots, rabbits and turtles. Breakfast was awesome. We heard the restaurant was great but unfortunately was being renovated during our stay. Thank you so much West Bay Lodge

The PERFECT getaway! Location was perfect, a 3 minute walk to the beach. The location itself is safe, quiet, and charming. The pool is perfect and the room is spacious with all the amenities to stay comfortable. A unique getaway with an INCREDIBLE staff working there, super helpful and friendly. I can't recommend this place enough and will definitely go back!

Very quiet and laid back property. Staff were all excellent and always willing to help. The cabana was functional with cold a/c fridge with freezer, coffee pot, microwave, and cable tv. The property is very tropical with a nice pool to relax in after a day at the beach. Shout out to Melony and Lorilie for their great customer service! We will be back,

It is a great location, beach is near. There is the placita where you can go and eat. The breakfast was delicious. My family and i have a very good time. We stay in the luxury condo.

My wife and I stayed at West Bay Lodge in Roatan, Honduras from July 8-15, 2022. We were really happy with this resort. We had a wonderful bungalow with all the amenities and the grounds of the property were lush and beautiful. It was literally a 2-minute walk to one of the most spectacular beaches I’ve ever seen so the location is fantastic! The staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent as well. Melony, the manager, was amazing and she ensured we had everything we needed including airport transfers both ways, beach towels, snorkeling gear (for a nominal cost) and just all the little things that make a vacation go from good to great! Roatan is a paradise and we were so happy we stayed at West Bay Lodge. We would recommend it to anyone!

Good service! If you are looking to get a massage this is the place to go. Pool needs to be service better. Staff are nice and friendly.

It is a nice place to bring in family very small but comfortable for all your needs personal is very helpful and friendly the beach is pretty close to get there 🙏 thanks for your attention

Well... if you're looking for beachfront this isn't for you but I'm sure you got 2 legs so you'll be ok. The walk to the beachfront is only 2 minutes away and you're away from the insanity which is pretty nice. The staff here are fantastic and helpful! Rooms are nice and for once, free conditioner....what a concept

We stayed 7 nights in the 2 bedroom/2 bath condo and had a lovely time. The building is just across the street from the hotel property with a shopping mall on the main floor. The included breakfast was wonderful, featuring two hot cooked options daily as well as fresh baked goods. Airport pickup and drop off were also included, a welcome surprise! Another unexpected pleasure was a small rooftop pool, just one floor above us which seemed like ours alone since no one else every used it. A very personal touch throughout, highly recommended!

West Bay Lodge is an amazing place to stay and the customer service by Melony and Celeste was amazing!! Communication prior to the trip was fantastic, and they easily rescheduled the shuttle for our delayed flight. Easily arranged a same day request for a rental car for us. Great customer service, amazing location, and fantastic room!

Celeste and her staff and wonderful. Very attentive and friendly. The chef does a great job in the kitchen and Winston the waiter was very friendly and helpful. The bungalows are just the right size and have a few items in the kitchen to prep small meals if you wish. The rooms were clean with a nice layout. We even had an issue with our booking (no fault of theirs) but they helped us out and set it straight without any issues. The parrots and the cats on the property are a nice touch that my kids spent hours petting and playing with. The pool is small but it was big enough for my kids to swim in and cool down. The beach is a short 5 min walk down the road across from the lodge. Its nice that the lodge isn't on the beach as the beach can be very packed and noisy. Overall this is a great place to stay. Celeste does work with the community and helps stray animals which is one of the things that drew us to her place. We would stay here again without a doubt.

More island style accommodation. Not cookie cutter rooms. Friendly staff.

The property is beautiful with a tropical garden surrounding each cabin. We were happy to have a fridge and coffee maker. There was a burner and cookware too but we loved the restaurant at the hotel and others surrounding it too. It is far enough off the main beach to be peaceful but close enough that going back and forth to the beach isn't a burden. Beach towels are available too. Very friendly personalized attention from staff. I could tell it was place where regulars come back year after year.

Informed morning worker of it and 1/2 of unit breaker tripped-no power. 5 hours later no action. Extremely small toilet was not set and leaking gas. Told 2nd shift and had to wait 1.2 hours till new unit got cleaned and moved. Owner was in and out, could care less of occupants but local help was helpful.

It was incredibly clean, walking distance to the west bay mall, restaurants and the beach.

Was an overall pleasant stay. No wifi from the condo areas across the street from the office, not even a signal. The water was off the day of checkout. No changing of towels or any cleaning during stay and with the humidity everything gets mildew stink very quickly. The staff was very pleasant, but the office was usually closed with nobody around and the tour they were supposed to check on didn't happen. The service throughout Honduras is very, very poor compared to most other places you may vacation, so considering that, it wasn't bad, just ok.

Celeste runs a great resort- the manager Melody picked us up at RTB and delivered us promptly to the resort, giving us personal stories and suggestions on what to do/see/where to eat. The property is beautiful and right across the street from public beach access. The two parrots, Malibu and Batman, were a hit w our boys. Breakfast was fabulous- coffee and juice were great!

Celeste and her staff were extremely helpful and a pleasure to be around. Our stay was extended while we were there and they were very accomodating in all of our needs. I highly recommend staying here.

The location makes it perfect to head to the beach easily but also be away from the noise of the bars and restaurants. The place is surrounded by trees and plants and feels very serene. The staff was incredibly nice and went out of the way to help with any request. Snorkeling with the guide they recommended (Edin) exceeded expectations. I would definitely return here if I am able to get back to Roatan.
