Stayed one night given a room upgrade, clean, helpful, courteous staff offered a shower before late flight and stored our baggage

Very nice and cosy hotel with friendly staff. Since the walls are very thin you can hear everything in the rooms next to you.

Nice, modern, clean hotel right in the center of the old town, with a cute little courtyard. Liked it very much.

The bathrooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. The location is great. I was confused because I was charged 54 cent on Expedia for local taxes but was still asked to pay 50 cents again upon arrival? I was also told that the original price of the room was $124 and that Expedia took a $30 commission so that was frustrating. But overall, the staff is nice the price was good all things considered and the locations is convenient and fairly quiet.

Located at perfect location to explore chora town. Host Ana was very helpful. We will visit again.

Very central and close to everything. Good value for the price. Only the bathroom is very small and need to wait the shower to be hot. Still recommend if you are on budget.

The young lady that checked me in late at night was pleasant and helpful. The young man at check out needs to be a little friendlier. I felt I was interrupting his outdoor time!

Good location, in the middle of Mykonos city center. We got the apartment, just two block far from the hotel.

Good hotel in the heart of Mykonos town.

Stayed here for a week and was surprised at how nice it was hidden away in the centre of town. Had a second floor room with a balcony at the front. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful.

We loved this hotel, the location is amazing, The facilities are nice and clean, the rooms are very nice with cute little balconies. The staff is lovely and very helpful, Yanis was very nice and Anna helped a lot, when i made my booking from London i used a new debit card that for some reason had issues to be pre-authorised by the hotel. I contacted Hotels.com in order to update my payment method, the advisor was very patient but he couldnt help me changing the payment method, i was so stressed. I call the hotel directly and Anna was so patient and gave me peace of mind, she was so patient and provided an excellent customer service over the phone and we fixed the issue. We enjoyed very much our stay at Matogiannis hotel, we’re planning to come back in September. I recommend this hotel 100%

Fabulous hotel, clean and perfect location

Great location, a quick walk from the sea bus station, and steps away from all shops and restaurants! The staff (Yanni) was super friendly and made us feel welcome. The room and its bathroom were tiny but spotlessly clean. I would recommend this place without hesitation!

Hotel staff was amazing and even arranged a taxi for us to transport our luggage from the hotel to the old port!

While the budget rooms are nothing fancy, they were clean and comfortable and in the most amazing location. The terrace and the garden at the hotel made for great places to enjoy time out of the heat. The location is right in the heart of everything in Mykonos town and so you can really see everything. The central bus station for the island is a 5 minute walk so it is extremely convenient for visiting beaches and sites. The staff were so kind and friendly and as a solo female traveler I felt very safe and at home. Definitely recommend if you are looking at seeing Mykonos without spending thousands.

The area is pedestrianised, making it a bit of a trek (with two large suitcases) from where the taxis can drop off. The hotel itself is smart and our room was on the first floor (no lift). It is a great hotel in the middle of the busy Mykonos town. Really enjoyed our stay. Great value for money. Will definitely recommend and stay there again.

Literally a hidden gem. It is located in the heart of everything. The staff was incredible. I also recommend stopping by the breakfast place. The owners name is Thanos and he is a very kind hearted person. He has great food and coffee options and the outside seating feels like an oasis. Go eat at his place. You won’t regret.

Everything was great, except for the bathroom (no shower curtain), so it gets very messy when you take a shower.

This hotel is perfectly located and easily walkable to everything in Mykonos Town. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful with all our questions and everything we needed for our stay.
