Big apartment with balcony. Very near to old town. Friday night was a bit noisy. No fan or AC. Bath tub was challenging. No info about check out times if you leave outside the working hours. Good choice if you prefer cooking yourself.

Overall, the apartment was pretty nice and in good condition. My concern was I requested a late check in, and the staff was not available at the time I arrived. I requested access to the garage, but I was not left a garage door opener. This meant that I had to park my car blocks away from the actual unit. The apartment staff contacted me a week later requesting an additional $32 for a cleaning fee. In all fairness this cleaning fee was mentioned on the booking, but it was in the fine print and I didn’t notice it until after I booked the room. So I will take the blame on that one, but it would be nice to be able to rent a room and not have to worry about being nickeled and dimed on fees. Overall, the location and apartment unit we’re good, but the hood the hotel staff needs to consider bundling all the fees in with the reservation fee especially if the fees are not optional, like cleaning.

Nice apartment with a balcony, nice view in two directions, clean, two toilets, modern, micro, oven, fridge an so on. Close to the supermarket (quite cheap food) and a REALLY good japanese restaurant (Mito Sushi, and yeaaa you must go there...) which also had a play area for the kids though it was "fine dining". The house is guarded and has cameras for security, so it felt pretty secure. Wifi was good, didn't work at first but they fixed it right away when we asked. The kitchen lacks some of the basic tools and was a bit crowdy for us (6 pers). You also didn't get any soap for washing hands, no towel in the kitchen, no spatula, to few teaspoons, garbage bags, tabletts for the dishwasher etc so you had to buy some stuff to get it to work properly. So there is a nice kitchen, but they hadn't think it all through properly. But the absolute most annoying thing was we couldn't borrow a baby seat and a baby bed. They told us they don't have these things and that they must rent them (?) and they therefore need a heads up before the trip. As we failed to do so they couldn't do anything, though we stayed for 4 days. This was a really a downside to our vacation because we had to put our baby in the lap when feeding him (spoiled clothes and so on) and also had to have him sleeping between us for the hole stay. As he's a really active when he sleeps (turn around, kicks etc) we didn't sleep very well.

Location was absolutely perfect, within walking distace to practically everything interesting. The appartment was very nice and spacious, although it was not cleaned properly when we arrived, especially the kitchen lacked some cleaning.

Very good location in the old city of Gdansk. The apartment was well equipped with all electric instruments. What was missing is microwave oven. The mattress was too soft for us. No air condition in the apartment. We used fan instead.

Apartments are located in the middle of old city, walking distance from Gdansk Glowny train station. Our apartment vas very well equipped ( also with washer and drying rack). It was perfect.

In the heart of Old Town with an amazing city view! Very specious and modern. Cons are no AC that was quite bad in the summer and no cleaning during the stay included. Also, reception only opened till 18. Very nice and helpful staff.

Perfectly centrally located in Gdansk, and great apartment with all you need if you want an apartment rather than staying in hotel. Staff was friendly and attentive, and answered fast on email as well. Clean and modern, albeit an AC would have made it even better as it became warm during hot summer days. You pay for final cleaning, so checkout is simple and fast. Would definately recommend if you want a great living in Gdansk and don't mind paying slighly more for it.

This is a serviced apartment and the staff were really accommodating by making arrangements for me to pick up keys in the middle of the night due to a late flight made even later by travel delays. The apartments themselves are amazingly central, a few hundred meters from the historic waterfront crane and the cathedral.

The apartment is in an excellent location. Close to all attractions. Great restaurants and bars within minutes of apartment.The apartment is clean and modern. Bed is slightly on the small side for two people, but otherwise I would recommend to others. Central Gdansk is a 10min walk away and central train station accessible for visiting outer areas.

Pros - facilities, comfort, area, views, free parking garage, huge balcony, washing machine. Steps from 2 grocery stores. Did I say COMFORT??? Fabulous. Cons - could be noisy if you are over the street; they need washcloths, kitchen towels, better pillows, and instructions how to use the cooktop and washer. I googled the appliance brands and figured it out, but it wouldn't take much on their part to write up something. Overall - we will stay there again!!!
