It was raining heavily and water came trough the main and only window. Additionally the floor alarm went off 3 times that night. Good location + helpful staff.

Great Hotel in the Capital. We stay here very frequently but faced a big issue this time. No water pressure in the shower for the entirety of our stay. Not even a drip. After talking to the day manager about the inconvenience of our first nights stay, we were assured the problem was minutes away from being corrected. We stayed a second night based on his promise. We and our baby are now going on day three without a proper shower and have left this hotel. Some staff recommended we just use the pool to wash lol.

Pre-Covid I had stayed at this Hyatt dozens of times. Every time was 5 stars. My first time back in 4 1/2 years was disappointing. First the positive - the staff was very friendly and you simply can't beat how amazing their breakfast is with fresh fruits and juices. On the negative - we couldn't use the pool one night due to a wedding party happening in the pool area with very loud music that went until nearly 1am that could be heard from our 2nd floor room. The pool and deck area have separated and seriously need repaired. Almost none of the staff speak English where before many staff spoke English. I will stay at the Intercontinental on my next trip - which was also 5 stars Pre-Covid and see if they have gone downhill too or if this is unique to the Hyatt.

To me is my home away from home. Every time I am in Managua, I book at the Hyatt. The staff and manager Joel are always very welcoming. I stayed 3 nights with family. Area is close to restaurants and shops. Hope to be back soon.

We enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located within a very short walking distance to Galerías mall. Delicious and extensive breakfast included. Rooms were great and AC was super cold.

Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. Easy check in and check out. The hotel was nice, I felt safe and we got a good nights rest each night we were there. The breakfast was plentiful every day.

The pool need improvement. Very slippery we had 2 kids and the boards were chipped damgerous

The floor was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. Walking in my bare feet from the shower to the bed made my feet black. Had to wear shoes at all times. Looked like drops of dried blood on the one bed cover. I always stay here and I love it and the location but this was bad.
