Mosquitos in the triple share room. Toilet has a slight bad smell when we arrived, think it is poor ventilation, or drawing air from other toilets.

My room has a hole upstairs and leaked water into the room. Piping in the toilet is problematic and keep water flushed continuously making it noisy throughout our stay. Room number was 311

The location was excellent! Near the famous Dim Sum places and excellent food stores. However, this hotel has a very bad insect problem. We got bit by mosquitoes in the lobby. The rooms (we booked 2 room) had a very bad ant and case worm problem. We bought pastries and left them on the table, and within half an hour, it was covered in ants! Even though we tied the food up, the ants bit a hole in the plastic bag. When we 1st arrived, the corridor lighting leading to one of the rooms was not turned on and made the walk into that room very creepy and spooky. The rooms also does not have a tissue box, u got to bring your own. If you want to stay at this hotel, you have to be the non fussy sort. Otherwise, the rooms had very nice thick towels and the biggest toilet ever

The environment and location is good.

The room was pretty comfy and clean. the receiving area was also fine and the staff I have encountered with were all helpful and kind. They could maybe improve on the outlook of the lobby outside the rooms. It was eerie walking from the lift to the rooms especially coz I was in block B. Otherwise, it was worth the price and very convenient to go around the city.

There were many issues. Cannot locate my confirmed booking details from hotel.com; not given the room that was booked, cleanliness of room and bedsheets were undesirable.

Disappointed that the hotel "mess" up the booking confirmation. Was told that it was not booked earlier, then the intended room size booked was not available . Although there were some "remedies", the family ended up in 2 separate rooms instead of the big family room for 5 pple.

I booked one room for my mom for 2 nights stay at the hotel, but when checking in the hote staff fail to find the details of my mom where I already stated the guest name is under my mom's name, end up my mom waited for half an hour for the staff to clarify. However the staff manage to upgrade the room for my mom(though she not really like the upgraded room ><) but better than none. So service in overall is moderate.

Well, I book for a 4 people bed, just imagine to walk into a room with 2 single bed and a double bed laid in middle of the room......

Lucky enough to get pretty ok rooms and parking space at the hotel's parking lot for our entire stay (2 nights).

Location of the Hotel is convenient to go everywhere by foot. When we reach the hotel, we are told that the room we book is down due to the airconditioning, thus they 'upgrade' us to a bigger room, we agree but when we arrive to our room, one queen mattress is on the floor and its smaller than expected. Also, the Room Facilities not so good, the toilet is pretty dark(we have old people) and the metal rack where the place the towel basically rust and cause our towel to be stained, i have to call the reception to get more new towels. Staff is very responsive and helpful. Generally is the condition of the room.

Very noisy in the night, loud noises outside the room, cannot sleep, bad night. Next day request for extra pillows, charged RM10 per pillow. Bathing soap in very small minature bottles, difficulted to squeeze them out and not sweet smelling. Not recommended and will never stay again. Bad experience.

The shower was toooooo small totally don’t enough water to have a bath after a whole day long journey

Disappointed with the stay despite seeing all the great photos posted and good reviews from customers. Was having bad experience from my stay due to following reasons: 1. The room does not even have floor tile or carpet. It looks so dirty and disgusting to stay there. 2. Not hot shower during my stay 3. Mattress seems damage. Definitely a bad quality mattress 4. Bedsheet looks dirty. It feels like no one was staying there for a while The only good thing. it is in good location, but does you could definitely find more better hotel in the same area.

Saw from all the photos posted here thought it won't be too bad, so give a try. I'm expecting it's average hotel, eventually not even 2 star hotel. Bad environment and not room not clean. I'm totally surprising with the Warm aircond!!! fantastic!

A great hotel. Staff were awesome! Had an air conditioning problem in our room and we were immediately upgraded to a bigger and better room. Overall a great stay!

Purchased a Family Quad. The room was smaller than a standard room in other hotels. Floor have no finishing except the carpet at the center. However, Carpet was thin and not properly installed. It was placed there like a door mat. You can literally kicked it and tripped. Wifi connection was poor and speed is another disappointment. We end up purchase mobile data ourselves but it is a vain too because the area doesn't have 4G connection.

Hotel close to Ipoh Parade and pub area. Overall stayed in the hotel not up to standard as recommended by others. 1) Got ants crawling around the mattress 2) pillow too soft 3) housekeeping is a joke for me. Someone in the hotel call us want to make up the room or not . We answer please help to make up and they said ok. However, during night time back to hotel the room and that is no ppl come in to do housekeeping. if is this case, please don't give a call to guest to make inquiry. This only make thing worse. 4) During day 1 stayed no problem for water supply during shower. But Day 2 got water supply that almost no water come out from shower rose. After make complain to Reception and they only said will check it but never improved. Really disappointed. Overall stayed is really disappointed. Alots of stuffs need to be improved.

Check in - the hotel has a strict 2pm only check in. receptionist was nice Room - impressed by the space and design. convenient location too. Staff - Our room, 103 has a burst pipe and they had it fixed right away. even offered us a cup of tea while waiting. Room Service - no appropriate checklist. only one slipper for room of two. no floor mat replacement after taking away the used one.

Sound prove is poor. a bit noise from the street during mid night.

Was offered a welcome drink and cake upon arrival. Very pleasant staff. Everything is new and functional. The location is good. Easy access to most of the popular place in Ipoh.

Front office staffs are very polite & helpful. Check in & out are simple. Room is perfectly clean. Only problem, toilet has no tap under the shower area ( only rain shower), it's quite difficult to do simple washing. Also, no screen to separate the shower & wash basin, the floor will be all wet after each shower. Air con & wifi is good. No option of breakfast provided. But, no problem as there are so many places that can have the famous tasty breakfast in Ipoh

The bed was dirty, can find hairs on the bed. When i first entered the toilet, it smelled like someone just finished using the toilet as the smell was still there. Really need some improvements on the cleanliness.
