The staff at OK Divers was outstanding - from housekeeping to the reception desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was helpful and wanted our stay of 2.5 weeks to be excellent. The dive shop associated with the hotel was mostly good, but often disorganized. Several times this was because guests showed up at the last minute with no dive reservation - it should have been made clear that the dive shop needed advance notice, although they handled these situations well. Breakfast was basically the same menu every day - it would have been nice to have some variety, although the food was good and plentiful. The lunch provided after diving was a mixed bag. Sometimes it was good, other times really not, and the only "choice" provided was a vegetarian option. Drinks were only water - anything else was extra. We definitely enjoyed our stay at OK Divers and recommend it highly. We would stay again!

Well kept and facilitated property bang on the picturesque waterfront at Padangbai. Nice restaurant and surrounds next to the ferry booking offices.

The staff were lovely and the pool especially was very clean and well maintained. The property felt a little exposed to the road in front, but then the bonus was how close it was to the pier for our transfer to Gili islands. It is an excellent place to stay overnight for transfers, but I think I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay.

The diving staff were great, and access to dive boats across the street make it easy.

Beautiful place to stay. Clean and great location close to harbour. A few mozzies around the dinning area and in our room nothing some bug spray didn’t fix. Food not so good and the prices were not worth we paid.

Spot on modern rooms which are practical, clean, and well setup. Great resort spaces like two pools, best restaurant in town, and massage facility. They run diving and snorkeling trips. Staff are wonderful.

Great hotel to stay if you have a early start at the ferry to go to Gili Islands try the pizza next door it was really good,

This place is mainly for divers, first day you come you pick your equipment, then everyday there are two dives followed by a divers' lunch. Food in the restaurant had good variety, because of which taste was average. There is one pool for diver education and a smaller one to enjoy.

This is not a tourist spot. This is for those who snorkel and dive or who are catching the boats to other islands. Very clean, spa was wonderful & staff was more than accommodating.

The property itself is nice in common areas. It needs some renovations.

Clean and comfortable hotel, perfect spot for catching boat to Gili Island. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Good food at the restaurant. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest but coffee was good. Lots of spots to relax around the pool.

Nice modern rooms but the big issue for me was Wi-Fi did not work in my room. I had to go to the restaurant to use it.

Service was amazing from the moment we pulled in they were there to grab our bags. Would stay here again. Right next to the docks to catch the boat to Gili Islands. Can walk over.

The room and facilities were clean and the service was great! We hadn’t made any plans and we arrived in the evening, and the team was able to help us arrange a full day trip the next day as well as spa services and a snorkel tour. They were all really helpful and friendly :)

I stayed there to get my Open Water diving certification and truly enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and available. The food at the restaurant was affordable and tasty. And I had an amazing experience learning to dive with Arya. I would definitively recommend this place for divers.

Great hotel.

Great place to stay, right by the harbour. Hotel organised us a 500k taxi from the airport last minute too. Good and drinks a very good price and tasted great. There was fresh drinking water in our room and a good bathroom. Can’t fault this place. Highly recommend!

The staff was super friendly and the location is great if you’re trying to catch the ferry to the Gili islands. The free breakfast was delicious! My room was clean and and bed was comfy. I’d stay here again!

Very nice place, an oasis with green trees and cosy atmosphere, friendly staff. Walking distance to Blue a Lagoon Beach and Whitesand beach. Breakfast simple but good enough.
