When I arrived, two reservations appeared when it was one. I’d there was no room available according to the reservation, one appeared out of nowhere according to the reservation.

Hotel was very average. It appeared pretty clean but our room had a smoke odor. Had the basics but no frills. Would not stay again.

Excellent service, the personnel was more than welcoming and tried to help with every wish or question. The hotel was pretty new and offered all features a city hotel should have. It takes about 20min to Manhattan with the Metro, the nearest station is 5min away. Would sure stay again!

I booked a King-size room but was given one with two Queen beds instead, and the staff refused to make the change. Additionally, two staff members (a man and a woman) were seated at the front desk from the moment I entered the hotel until I went up to my room, but neither greeted me or acknowledged my presence.

Location is key. Subway stations are 4 min walk and you are in Manhattan in no time. The market deli next to the hotel serves amazing breakfast, from smoothies to pastries to omelettes and it’s open until midnight. Add to the convenience of staying there.

Good location and staff helpful and friendly. Window had good soundproofing. However, our room had a half shower door which had holes in it. This caused water to leak onto the floor. We have never had a half shower door which also leaked. The person at the front desk said that rooms with 2 queen beds had this design and to put towels on the floor. I have never seen this design and don't believe a hotel should have one (half shower door).

I guess this hotel is average for the area. The brown water in the bathroom sink did it for me.

Stayed at this property 08/23-08/25 and the frontline staff including the manager, Amer, were incredible from start to finish. The staff/manager even helped to resolve a parking issue when we arrived and each day, they greeted us warmly, answered our questions and offered good recommendations. Easy and efficient check-in and check-out, and appreciated the clean and comfortable room. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars for cleanliness was because we had a bit of staining at the bottom of one of our sheets, but other than that everything was lovely. Will definitely book again and recommend.

Hotel is clean and the front desk service was quick and efficient. However, the king room is small and the bathroom is tiny and can only accommodate one person at a time. The shower is also tiny and has a removable shower head

Stayed here during a girls trip and we felt the location was perfect for us. Subway was close by and they had many food options within and just steps away from the hotel. The front desk staff are amazing!! Very courteous and friendly. Checkin was quick and easy. We had no issues and they even held our bags before and after we checked in/out. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Great location and easy access to transit. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Great price. Room choice could have been better. Don't like adjoining rooms with just doors and a deadbolt lock between unrelated guests.

The service was excellent. All team members were friendly and helpful. The rooms (we had 3) were very clean. Access to the subway was convenient. The only complaint was the noise from the nearby above ground subway which was loud at night. Would stay there again even with the noise.

Rooms were very small. Thing which bothered me was that there was no space in room to keep and open my suitcase which I had to do only on bed. Our room was 2 queen bed and we were party of 4 my husband, me and 2 kids(8month, 4 year).

The vibe was good. Spotless upkeep. Excellent customer service. No problems. That’s about all one can ask from a hotel!
