Koffie op kamer is slecht! Haalde iedere ochtend bij lobby voor 3 dollar een goede espresso. NY is duur.

There was nothing to dislike. There are simply features of this hotel I don’t find as attractive as features of other hotels.

Staff was welcoming and kind. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Early morning construction being done, the balcony view was just the view of the other side of the hotel where the construction was being done.

Great location. Close to metro stop. Nice black-out curtains. 1 bottle of water was provided. Had a soft and firm pillow.

Mattress was too soft. The ground ac/heat unit across the bed ended up blowing directly in our faces.

Zimmer sehr klein und nicht im Haupthaus. Angeblich war kein upgrade/anderes verfühgbar obwohl wir das Zimmer erst 24 Std. vorher gebucht hatten und da waren alle Kategorien noch verfügbar.

The vents don’t work let’s say you are showering. Also, the weed smoking was so strong in the hallways you can start smelling it coming in thru the room. They really should have no smoking signs move visible. Like on the door of the room.

Für uns war die Lage vom Hotel perfekt. Die U-Bahn ist schnell zu erreichen und drei Linien fahren von dort ab. Ob für Frühstück, Mittag oder Abendessen alles an Geschäften ist in der Straße zu finden. Die Dachterrasse ist einfach wow. Man hat eine unglaubliche Aussicht und kann dort gemütlich sitzen und selbst gekaufte Getränke oder Essen verzehren. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Matratzen waren einfach viel zu weich.

The bed was pretty rough and hard to sleep on. Also i was in room 707 and the walls are so thin!! You can hear everything that us happening outside! I could not sleep after 7 am.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this property. Usually, I'm not a fan of very modern facilities because of ultra minimalism. However, this hotel, although modern, is very comfortable. It's not a former storage or factory site converted into a hotel, but rather a modern building with quiet and comfortable rooms. Beds are very comfortable 9if you like them to be on the softer side). I'm very happy they have a safe and a small fridge 9apparently, not a lot of hotels in NYC have fridges). I really appreciate a consistent housekeeping service. The bed was made up daily, towels were changed out daily, trash was taken out daily (believe it or not, quite a few hotels are saving money by reducing these services). The hotel is very close to a train station and there are plenty of places to eat, a few 24 hr. bodegas, and a pharmacy few blocks away.

There was nothing I could complain about. I would say, there are a few things to consider whilst choosing this hotel. 1. There's massive construction going on in front, 2 new skyscrapers are being built and they start at 7-8 am during the week and it can be very noisy. So, consider requesting rear-facing rooms. 2. I'm really nitpicking here, the beds are very soft and some people might not like that.

Most front desk staff were friendly and helpful. When the internet was working, it was fast and reliable. I loved that there wasn't any street noise and was able to get a good night sleep. Their room's blinds created a dark room, great for sleeping. The only noise was a neighbour who arrived back late each night. It was good to have a gym with a few items of equipment. The train stations are nearby with fast routes into Manhattan.

This hotel has processes that the staff are not following, and they have systems that their staff don't understand. The result is a poor guest experience. Examples: USPS snail mail is received and held at the front desk. Yet only some front desk staff know this, while other staff believe that all mail goes to the mail room. Some packages are entered into the logbook, while other packages are not entered into the logbook and go straight into the storage room. Some staff are unbothered about checking packages off against the log book. I checked in in the middle of the night. I lost almost an hour of sleep because their staff couldn't understand why I was being charged $2850 instead of the booking.com amount of $2050. $800 is excessive for a holding fee. I had to call booking.com and wait 12 minutes for booking's agent to call the hotel back, then wait longer for them to figure something out so that I could get some sleep. They need to educate their staff. One of your elevators was broken for much of my stay I appreciate that they repaired it many times. They need to resolve this recurring issue. A female front desk member of staff was more focused on arguing than listening, answering questions, and resolving the hotel's issues. This is poor customer service and wastes the time of guests. A front desk member of staff committed to mailing a USPS envelope. A week later, the envelope still hasn't arrived. I don't know if she mailed my envelope. The internet was down for the whole evening one night. It was working again the next morning.

Es war unser letztes Hotel vor dem Heimflug. Die Lage zum JFK Flughafen ist super. Das Zimmer war sauber und perfekt für 1 oder 2 Nächte. Ganz toll ist die Aussicht der Dachterrasse auf die Skyline von Manhattan :-)

Parking and I would have liked to have had a balcony

Loved the location, room, and amenities - they staff was also so kind to give our pet a little goodie bag for "National Dog Day!" Love that there is no extra fee for dogs. The bed was VERY comfortable and the layout of the room, although small, had everything we needed! I didn't take advantage of the bar, lounges, or snack bar on site, but they were available and conveniently located in the lobby for anyone whom may need to access this in the future. We genuinely enjoyed our stay!

The parking garage is around the block which is not bad, but it requires a sticker to be placed by the hotel on your parking / valet ticket in order for any discount to be granted. According to the parking garage employees, the sticker needs to be scanned to apply the discount, and the hotel ran out of stickers so I was forced to pay full price on 3 different occasions (as I had to use my car daily). Street parking is unreliable as there are not many spaces, so the hotel should plan ahead to have enough stickers if they plan to offer this as a "promotion" for their location - I would have appreciated saving >$15 on what ended up being >$100 parking bill for 3 days, this is the only reason for a 8/10 instead of 10/10
