Liked the location and it was within my budget. Staffs are not really friendly. Could have been more welcoming,

Quiet, good service & walkable

Our view was horrible after I called and asked if we would be able to see the water. We could only see a parking lot and about an inch of water. I was very disappointed with the view. The walls were thin. I could hear people walking around above me. Sounded like they were packing back and forth at all hours of the night. I could hear the room next to me blowing their noses. It was annoying. The pool was supposed to be heated. It wasn’t! Taking a Lyft or Uber into the city will cost you a body part each time. The staff was friendly, but I wouldn’t stay here again!

The staff here are fantastic. We had a minor incident and it was handled immediately. The hotel is modern and has all the necessary amenities. Our room was clean and very comfortable.

I stayed for 5 nights witk my kids, we all loved it. Times square 30min bus ride, reception open till late, very clean, quite part of Jersey. We were wandering in the night, to see Manhaten across the river. I well recommend it for families who spend the lively Newyork day time and a quite restful night. The breakfast is good, kids loved it. Excellent experience, staff are available for bits of suggestions.

My family had a fantastic experience. All staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The hotel was very clean and rooms were very modern. Also a great location for easy access to Manhatten and some stores and restaurants in the area if needed. Also near the hotel you can get a great view of the Manhatyen across the Hudson River. Definitely will return next time.

Everything was great just unfortunate the pool was closed for the duration of our full stay. There should be a credit in this case as it’s sold as an amenity when booking.

It was a great location for us , near by the SoJo spa Clean room , nice and big bathroom , comfy bed , friendly staff. We used Uber most of the time Close to the restaurants with beautiful views and shopping like Trader’s Joe’s

Nice hotel. King room has a sofa bed, mini fridge and microwave with toiletries. Covered Parking is directly next door to property on level 3. My only complaint is that the TVs go out regularly to reconnect.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was extremely clean and the staff was very professional.

The staff were amazing. The only downside is that the parking lot is a little bit inconvenient (lots of birds poop and took a few minutes to walk to the lobby). During our stay, the electronic door key was not working so it's super bum when you get out of the door coz you need an employee to open it up for you. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Just wow is all I can say I never have been miss treated. The manager at this property was very nasty, rude and unprofessional. This manger slammed the phone down in my ear and hung up on me. When I asked about a written policy… She charged me an additional 150.00 misc. fee because I had rose petals and balloons. I asked her to please show me the policy stating if you have decorations in the room you would be charged a fee of 150.00. I’ve already spent two nights there and paid 500.00$ plus parking. I am utterly disgusted by this managers customer service skills. The manager I spoke with her name is Lisa. Please be aware of Lisa. She is very rude unprofessional and with a person like this running the hotel it takes away from the hotel.

Enjoyed our brief stay the lady at the desk was pleasant and helpful, gentleman at the bar had a lot of funny jokes and made us a pretty good margarita so no complaints everything was clean cvs and a restaurant or three within walking distance and cvs. Parking garage was convenient with electric charging stations would stay again
