Very nice place overall. This is a little bit older property, but it’s clean, updated and maintained very well. The breakfast is very good and the staff very helpful and friendly. A shout out to Michelle, Brady and Rachel who gave us excellent service and were a pleasure to speak with. We woulda’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great location. Parking is limited. The “free” breakfast was subpar. Rubber eggs and bacon that would pass for cheap jerky.

Great Location but the room...outdated, bathroom so small hard to navigate to use... musty smell...big tree in front of balcony blocked view. View however described was really commercial of the port across the street. If 2 star with minimum standards Ok with you fine, but we were disappointed. Decent breakfast with nice outdoor sitting area.

The Rockland Harbor Hotel was clean but the place could definitely use a bit of updating. Considering the price, I expected much more.

Great location for walking to shops, restaurants, pubs and museums; the harbor is just across the street. Loved the little balcony off the room and the fire pit/seating area. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. Attention to keeping the hotel neat, clean, freshly painted and tidy throughout was evident. The work out room had a nice variety of equipment plus a gym mat for yoga work. Breakfast offered nice options, which included eggs, omelets, sausage, and bacon. Coffee and tea stations were always ready to use, day or night. I would definitely return to this hotel!

Enjoyed my stay here during the lobster festival. Great location for all the festivities. I was able to walk everywhere and felt safe as a solo traveler. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a very nice waterfront property near downtown Rockville. While the property has no food and beverage, there are numerous options nearby.

The Rockland Harbor Hotel is a very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is great. My wife and I were there for the Rockland Lobster Festival. The walk was easy and there are multiple shops and eateries along the way to the Harbor Park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights and did not need any maid or cleaning service. We think daily maid service is a waste of resources but if you need it, they will provide it, based on the literature in the room. The soaps and shampoos provided are really nice and clean smelling, at least for me. My wife always brings her own. There is a really nice outside open sitting area you can people watch. They do offer can local and craft beer and bottled wine at the refreshment center. It is less expensive than purchasing at the local bars. You do get a parking pass for the lot during your stay so parking our rental was not an issue during our stay. I thought the room was quiet. I would certainly go back if I'm in the area.

This hotel was a one-night stop on our trip along the coast of Maine. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are very personable and treat you like family. We booked a room for one night with 2 Queens, traveling with our teenage daughters. When the hotel manager saw that we had 4 people in the room, she ensured we had the largest room available. Having a spacious room gave us a lot of space from each other and helped us all relax more as a family. The balcony is very pleasant after driving for hours and hours. Breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The Rockland Hotel met all my requirements for a satisfying hotel stay. We has an ocean view balcony and all the typical amenities you want in a hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well designed and aesthetically pleasing. Convenient location to walk to most of the desirable things in downtown Rockland. This is the best deal in Rockland to stay.

The hotel was very convenient to walking around Rockland. Our room was very spacious and clean. We were able to watch the ferries load and unload from our balcony.

Very good. Small deck was nice but air conditioner from adjacent room on the corner blew hot air onto our deck. Excellent views and convenient to ferry and walking around town.

Room was good. Enjoyed the small balcony- was able to open window and balcony door to let ocean breeze in. Stairways were easy to access so elevator was not always necessary to use. I prefer stairs whenever possible. Coffee available in breakfast area all day-nice! Breakfast was good. Nice location to walk the town.

We had access to everything we wanted to visit downtown. And walking self safe even at night.

Great location next to the Main Street! Walkable to Rock Harbor Pub for dinner and Hill’s seafood for lunch! Both were great. Nice balconies with view of harbor and ferries. Very clean! Very close to lighthouses which is why we chose this location. Nice breakfast and staff! FYI: Many restaurants closed on Sundays which was ok because we had what we needed! Unsure why a charge for extra person of $20 when there were two queens and 4 people. I would expect it for a roll away bed but it wasn’t a request of us. Our family would stay here again!

Not the place to stay during a heat wave . The place was very hot except for your room, also no pool. Very expensive and overpriced , the balcony’s were dirty

Clean and comfortable. We did have a problem with the room at first, but the staff was very responsive and moved us to another room. The location was very convenient.
