New construction. Modern design and amenities. Excellent shower and heated tile floors. Warm and friendly staff. Best morning coffee in the area.

Magnificent hotel, large spacious and local art decorated rooms. The roof terrace gives you a lovely view of the harbor and entire town. Underfloor heating in the bathroom and a delicious continental breakfast in the morning makes me think even a cold winter stay would be idyllic. Would happily stay there again and again.

I absolutely love 250 Main. The staff are wo derful.

For the price one would expect some amenities other than basics. Parking was in free areas of the town not on property. Breakfast was coffee, danish, cold cereal no big deal. Their wine afternoon comes with a cost that is billed later on for those who are unable to directly book. The only good thing I can say is that the view from the balacony room was very nice. I would not stay there again just for that. There are other places that would be just as nice if not nicer for half the price. Big disappointment. No convenient restaurants within close proximatey. Forget about finding a nice breakfast in the town. The whole experience was disappointing. Other towns along the coast of Maine are so nice and welcoming and this was a surprise to find a place advertised as art inspired to be so dull.

Wonderful! Hip, arty space, great room with view of harbor, well appointed. Uber helpful staff, high quality “morning snack”. Great location on quiet end of main street.

We didn’t get to enjoy this hotel long enough! We arrived late and the front desk person called us to assure us he’s available even though the door was locked. Beautifully designed and so so comfortable and clean. My favourite was the towel warmer such a treat to get out the shower after a 5 hour drive and that roof view!

Nice hotel but the room had a terrible musty smell. it looks new so not sure what is going on. Told them on check out, hopefully they can remedy.

All round relaxing hotel. You can tell it was built and designed by yacht building family. The lounge area was super chill. The staff were courteous & professional.
