The hotel is runned down. There were no elevators to begin with. The initial room that we had was a mediocre. They gave us a room that was not supposed to be rented out, drain was clogged, missing toilet seat, showers did not have sliding doors so expect the entire bathroom to get soaking wet, towels we’re dirty white, cabinets have rails so you could barely put stuffs in it since it will fall through the gaps, doorbells and dnd service not working so expect someone to knock on your door each morning, one key policy per room so next time you leave your room you need to ask the front desk for assistance each time to have someone open the door for you. Because if you take your key out, the AC and lights will shut off. And guess what, you’re in the Philippines! You know how hot it is so you would rather leave the key and call someone than take they key with you. Weird! I’ve never experienced a hotel like this before. I cannot recommend this place to any of my family and friends. We are very disappointed. On the email, I have explained who will be staying in the rooms with me, I booked two rooms and they had my parents stay in the 2 single beds and they put me and my daughter to the king bed which I found it really annoying!

I like the location of the property, It is close enough to the main avenue but also not that busy, with ample parking right across. There is even a 7-11 and a restaurant located beside it. The staff were friendly.
On the down side, there is no elevator, so it was a challenge bringing luggage up and down the stairs. Unless you actually ask for help, the lobby staff won't assist you even if they see you lugging your suitcase at the stairs.
Also, despite requesting for another, they only issue one key card so, if you and your companion happen to be going separate ways and you come in the hotel first, you would have to ask the hotel to open the door to the room for you, but since you don't have a keycard to power up the room, you would have to sit in the dark without aircon, or otherwise wait for your companion at the lobby.
The rooms are amply sized, but the bathroom needs to be maintained better. There are molds already on the shower stall and the lavatory/ sink was not cleaned properly. you will be issued towels but need to request a bath mat.
There is a ref, a microwave, and standard eating implements, no water kettle. (No coffee and tea, just 2 bottles of mineral water)

This is the worst hotel I was put up so far. Luckily I book an executive suite that more comfort. The towers are like floor rug. No breakfast. Complimentary water had a weird taste.The "Bay" view are block with bamboo just outside the balcony. Door lock not good condition. No elevator, need to carry luggage to room and only one male staff to help.

The lady at the desk was very friendly she's doing her job very good..👍
But this hotel is way way to expansive for the service the order( none) hotelroom situated at the thirth floor.. no aircon and elevator available in the hallway, only at the groundfloor( so very hot and no fans other floors) in the room a balcony and see view😒1 m wide door opened with alot of force..try closing it almost fell out cabinet drawer broken and garbage inside and almost no water coming out the shower..beach beyond hotel yes there is but not allowed to swim..swimmingpool not present as alternative....booked for 3 nights..checked out next day as quick as possible to other hotel 500m further down the road..

When i came to the room, its nice clean, relaxing,nice and cozy bed.. but there is no slippers no rugs... water in the toilet is leaking then suddenly i wanna ask something to the receptionist.... but i cannot find the phone...i look everywhere.. i still cannot find.. until i go down to the reception to ask personally..after that i ask also why dont have phone in my room..she said have phone there then she try to call and then she said.. its ringing.. maybe you cannot see she said.. so i feel shy then i go back to room to find it one more time.. unfortunately i still cannot find the phone until i call a housekeeping who just pass by in the alley way... then i said this room dont have phone? Then she come and look everywhere then she said yes mam dont have phone... i said.. ah ok.. atlist i confirmed it that there is no phone... and then after 20 mins they knock and then they tell me that they will transfer me in other room.. and it was upgraded into a jr suite.. i feel happy... though there is no rugs no slippers no hangers in the jr suite.. also the toilet is leaking..
When i walk around the hotel.. i find it so dirty... on 2nd floor balcony, there is an empty beer bottles all over in 1 table and on the floor and so many used ash tray on both table.. and also the floor and the wooden chair is full of dust, when i go to the ground floor some of the tables are same.. have empty bottles and used ash tray..
Above all i will rate this hotel during my stay is 60%... thank you

Air conditioner was very noisy and occasionally made me awake during night time thinking someone was trying to break in the room. Reception lack of knowledge on the surrounding and keep saying "I dont know" rather than trying to find out for the guest. Asked for adapter, they said was not available but found out later it was at the reception all the while.

The ads in hotel.com did not inform us that the street in front of The Reef was being renovated. The rainy season made the area flooded, problematic for the guests.

the surrounding area is not good. dud not feel safe leaving my rental car out there. the lobby is very nice but the actual rooms need major updating upgrading etc..I rented the executive suite. it was dinghy had ants crawling around and the sheets and towels are like 30 years old..the a/c was weak. this countrys heat is no joke. im begining to see a trend in some pictures of hotels being photo shopped to look better especially if in a sketchy area.

The hotel is ok and the staffs are friendly too but they don’t provide towels for the rooms and it’s good thing we brought our personal towels.

Descent hotel where you can have a peaceful rest, this is good for back packers or solo travelers. Although I don’t recommend this for families who is looking for activities like swimming or others. Overall it is a descent hotel, I do see myself going back here in the future if I need a place to rest and sleep for the night.

I booked the room for 2 adults and one child through Hotels.com and received confirmation for 1 room with 2 twin beds. When we checked in we got a room with only one twin bed. There were no rooms available with 2 twin beds and we had to sleep all 3 in one bed.
The first morning I informed the reception the drain in the shower was clogged a d the aircon filter was dirty. In the evening the drain was cleaned but not the aircon filter. I cleaned the aircon filter myself.
The breakfast was wery basic, but ok.
The staff was very positive but it's obvious they have a tight budget.
