A huge storm rook out all power in Tyler. The hotel was amazing, generators, candles, offers to discount my room. They went above and beyond my expectations I will stay here again if my travels have me in Tyler.

Where do I start ? We walked in the room and it was NOT the room I asked for. I asked for a KING smoking room what I got was NOT that. I got two full sized beds in a smoking room. One top of that the walls were DISGUSTING, looked like a piece of the edge of the ledge coming out of the wall was broken. The two lights between the two beds only ONE worked, there was no back on the remote, the sheets looked dirty or stained or something. Also had a broken rolling chair in the room. One of the towels we had was RIPPED, our keys stopped working TWICE and the icing on the cake when we got a clogged toilet I went down and asked for a plunger and they told me that they only had ONE plunger for the WHOLE HOTEL and that someone else was using it and that they’d call me or my room when they had it back. I never got a call, I had to go to the closest Walmart and BUY one OUT OF POCKET. (Luckily the reimbursed me for it and I let them have it. They’ll have more use out of it) there were dead bugs all over the place behind things. I took a few pictures of the room before we checked out I should’ve gotten more and some videos but it was not at all what I would expect for paying $160 ON TOP OF a. $25 deposit once I got there which I WAS not informed of by the way. Never again will I be staying there.

Property gives out personal information to anyone who calls asking for you by name. Roaches on the floor. Very sketchy side of town feel

This was the single worst hotel I have ever stayed in for that price. I would like Hotels.com to remove them from the choices. The air conditioner never got cool . We had to ask for tissue paper the bed was awful the deposits that you had to get back on your own were a pain. . Both doors in our room had holes in them. Evidently Hotels.com has never been there. TAKE THEM OFF your website.

I had already paid ahead before I got to the property. The lobby was filthy like no one has cleaned it. Got to the first room and was greeted by roaches, stains on the sheet. Ask for cancellation to get money back but was move to another room. Little bit better but not at the same time. Lucky we pack our on sheets and cover. We decided to stay, just one night. But never ever ever will I come back to this nasty hotel.

The room had not been cleaned. Bathwater was left in tub from previous guest. The tub did not drain. There was dried dog poop left in the carpet. There was no soap,shampoo. 1 towel 1 wash rag.

Having to go inside

It was ok stay, the bed were decent, but it could be cleaner. Too many roach sightings, but they had simple breakfast,: cereal,muffins, and ☕

Prpperty was dirty, in the hallways amd rooms. There was trash and wads of hair on the carpet in the hallway. The floorimg in the room was uneven and peeling. There were roaches in the bathroom. The pictures on the website here and the company site are not the same as the building; looks as if those are the pictures from when the building was originally purchased.

It felt unsafe and was very dirty

There where old chicken bones under the dresser and bed. The shower head was complicated to turn on. They keep the A/C off at all times and you have to turn it on when you enter your room. It is very hot in there (especially with this recent heat) and took HOURS to cool down even a little bit. Atleast the bed was clean and had somewhere to sleep.

The place needs several improvements. I paid for 2 nights, stayed only 1. Wood tile in room had blue masking tape holding tiles to floor. Bathroom door was missing parts , chain link latch broken.See photos of room.

Just a few nights away from home and work, while shopping in Tyler. Great place to stay for the Money's worth👍‼️

We had a knock on our door one evening. The guy knocking asked if my wife was single. There was too many people hanging out in the hall outside of our room. The only good thing that this place has going for it is one girl working the front desk. She was very polite and tried to be helpful. Otherwise I felt very unsafe. The pictures do not depict the actual condition of the hotel.

During a major power outage, I was thankful to find this for a really cheap price. I use to take my son here 20 years ago and it has good bones. Unfortunately the people who run it now, are not concerned with cleanliness…the most filthy I’ve ever seen. There is good! • cheap • very comfortable bed • friendly staff • good a/c • separate office area in room where I was able to work. • fridge and nasty microwave…smells when cooks. • allows pets and has smoking rooms The bad: • FILFTHY….not just dirty but filthy • roaches • my room was not cleaned except for new sheets and trash picked up • post of human hair all over the top cover as though it’s not been cleaned in a while • carpets through hotel nasty, big stains, not cleaned. Walls have stains all over them ( roach killing and…?) Would stay here again in a pinch…like camping but with a soft bed and good air!

The overall stay was good, but the beds were hard and the condition of the hotel was kinda run down, the bathroom door would get you stuck somtimes and and things were proken the hallways smelled like cigarettes but thats to be expected with a smoking hotel, there were lots of stains on the hallways but it was quiet and i had no problems there, theres a gas station rigjht across the street so.i could walk there if i wanted a snack other then the vending machine and there was a lot of parking so it wasnt hard to find parking. The staff was nice also. But it wasnt too bad for the price i paid :)

Rooms are not in good shape, bad floors cigarette burns on bedding, walls dirty chair has nasty stains etc. plus they wanted a 25 dollar cash deposit even though I paid for our room online.

Infested with roaches

I moved the couch and there was a moldy orange on the floor. There were roaches crawling all over the ceiling in the bathroom and the refrigerator freezer was moldy and had food in it as well!!! And the staff (anna) especially is rude!! In a VERY unsafe neighborhood!!!! Spend the extra money and get a clean safe room!!!!

Comfortable stay.

I checked into a non-smoking room but when I went inside I smelled what seems to be cigarettes. I also found ashes in one the drawers. Under the air conditioner there was mold and was really smelly.

Close to my favorite places,comfortable hotel for a good nights rest

hotel was not very clean. i wasn't impressed. i guess that's what you get for the price. I also didn't even receive a receipt for anything-- when I checked in OR when i checked out!!
