Even if we booked for 2 people in 1 room and paid for it with bfast for 2 and checked in with 2 names with both names clearly filed up, by bfast the ff morning, their records still showed only 1 person for bfast so they had to doublecheck again and make us sign again.

The most frustrating stay in a property who pretends to be high end. Many errors in the check in process. Invalid charges. Broken room parts and just a bad experience overall. Then invasive staff practices once escalations started pilling in. No one could extend a booking properly no one could reverse invalid charges. Then when refund was processed they also got that wrong. Food was horrible, staff was horrible. AC was intermittent, bathroom door was broken. Just bad considering the prestige it pretends to have.

Service in the hotel is horrible and inconsistent. They confused in the booking, asked for extra fees for everything then get confused in the booking who arent carrying over. Room had broken items, staff do not observe the DND signs, room was left unlock by room service and had not covered one day

Staff was excellent, room service, valet, restaurant etc. Easy access to shopping , restaurants etc.
Now for the bad, room felt dated and we had mold in the shower which we forgot to mention to the Management. I imagine it would have been corrected however it’s the Shangri-La a name that is world known for top notch everything so with that said cleanliness should not be something that we need to address.
We will try another Shangri-La in the future.

We had a really nice stay here. The rooms were big with a nice view, service was excellent! They allowed us to check in early because it was my husband's birthday. Thank you so much!

We had a great family staycation here. We enjoyed the food and the pool. The service is really what makes this hotel amazing. If there is a promotion, i recommend staying here.

This hotel was the nicest my parents and my husband and I have ever stayed at! We loved every minute of our stay, they really had the best customer service and I would love to stay at this hotel again in the future.

I chose to stay at Shangri-La for a 5 star vaccination weekend experience. I didn’t have a 5 star experience. There was an issue with the AC unit in our room. We tried to have the hotel address this for 2 days. The management was unprofessional, in addressing this issues and after we had to move rooms at 2am the second night, compensation was still not offered. This was after engineers examined the unit and stated there was a problem. I planed to bring medical conferences to this location but with this unprofessional service I would be embarrassed to do so.

Stayed for 3 nights as I was working nearby. Fabulous hotel with great service, all the staff were so professional and friendly. I had a small issue with the room that was fixed within minutes. I will stay again.
