There was no hot water!!! Very few towels and needed repairs!!!

Did not stay was most horrific nasty, cockroaches, holes in wall, dirty place. I left and asked for refund

The room was very dirty the sheets had old stains on them. The area in general is unsafe. There is a gate around the property but It does keep the property safe. The new owners there do genuinely try to help but they do not have control yet

Nothing crappiest hotel I’ve ever been to hookers in the parking lots woke up to a customer and management screaming about how the guest had been bitten by rats dirty and in a very bad area

There were roaches. Burn marks in the blanket and on the tables and walls. Holes in the walls. Construction noise literally from 8 in the morning til 7 at night. Multiple days. Sheets were dirty and covered in stains and hair.old in the bathroom. And so much more but I don't have enough time to list everything.

Was a clean room, economical rate, and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and quiet. Enjoyed our night stay.

There where roaches in the room bathroom and room was not sanitized or clean bedding had cigarette burns air conditioner didn't work

Nothing, never goes back ever, dirty bathroom, shower handle was broken, refrigerator didn't work, room smells like dead body and they charge me a leg and an arm. Do not stay in this place for your safety. This place should be demolished.

Hospitality was very nice.

You get what you pay for. Rooms are old and smoked in. No coffee machine in my room. Outlets are falling out of the walls. Water pressure was low. Floors were sticky. Walls have poorly patched holes in them. Overall I wouldn’t bring my kids here. But if you’re here by yourself for work just to spend the night - go for it.

DO NOT stay here!! This place is horrible!! It should not wven be open. The neighborhood/street are not safe or clean. There are women all over “working the streets” even in the hotel parking lot. We walked into the room, turned back around and left. It stunk and there was an open electrical box. Sleeping at the airport was better than this place and that is exactly where we slept. Our Uber driver was hesitant to leave us there!!

This is the worst place ever. The pictures must where take back in 1921 and I promise u they have not updated anything. Someone even got shot behind the building and we couldn’t get in or out for hours because they had the whole building taped off. We where looking for somewhere to stay in New Orleans the night b4 our cruise we didn’t no the area and relied on Expedia for that we saw ppl check on and check out which we should have did but I don’t like confrontations and the lady already had made me pay $44 extra dollars cause she said Expedia book the wrong room and we where tied from driving as we walked in stepping on roaches no one took luggage out the car. We where gonna leave but after the shooting it was to late So we stayed up scared to even go to bathroom that was nasty waiting to get on ship. Please if anyone see this stay away from this place!!!!!!!

The hotel is a niece place to sleep at if u want a cheap hotel its like 65$

Pros: room was clean, air conditioner worked extremely well, hot water was available, TV provided (with a guide), check-in and -out process was easy, bus route to downtown available, nearby stores for food.Cons: loud neighbors (which is obviously out of the motel’s control), had to reset card one time. Overall I had a very nice stay here and it was cheap. It’s a little further from downtown bus as I stated above there is a bus route available. I would definitely stay again!

My room was full of roaches! Didn't see any upon first arrival but they come out at night!!! Check in, maid service, and area were all ok but the roach infestation was terrible! Management needs to have pest control service fumigate this place immediately!

I hated the fact smelled like cigarettes and couldn't sleep at my stay.

We didnt stay but 1 night. It was ok but walls are really really thin. Area was sketchy but had no issues. Guy behind counter was really nice and made me feel a more at ease to be staying there
