I very rarely give a rating for
hotels, but this hotel was so disappointing that I had do. The continental breakfast was AWFUL. The bin of bagels was moldy, fruit was rotting with fruit flies everywhere, the canned fruit was fermenting so it tasted " sparkly" if that makes sense. There was only cereal, the fruit, bread for toast, and the rotten bagels. I ended up going to a nearby store to buy food for the upcoming breakfast. The gym was in a room in the basement with very low ceilings and no air circulation or sanitization products. It also felt like a ghost hotel. Only saw one couple when checking out. Other than that did not see a single person. We stayed at another hotel nearby at the end of our trip that was cheaper and way better!!

Had 2 night stay, very clean hotel room with free underground parking and free simple breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was very nice and I would stay there again. I gave 4 stars for property condition as water was spitting out the showerhead hose attachment and not much was coming out the showerhead. We told the front desk about it on the way out and the staff wrote it down to be repaired. Also one of the bedside reading lamps was not working.

The stay was good. Usb ports did not work and lighting in room was poor. Only 1 pillow per guest. This was surprising. Check in was great. Breakfast was ok no yoghurts..

The room was very clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was the breakfast and the location. It is a bit far from the old Quebec. However, we still booked it because it had breakfast included. However, the breakfast was only bread, cereals and bagels. No protein (eggs, ham…) offered. Coffee was also not fresh and we saw the staff using the same coffee filter many times, resulting in coffee tasting hot water. As a result, for us it wasn’t worth it to stay that far since the breakfast was quite bad.

The hotel is steps from the city bus to the old city and an easy drive to Ile d'Orléans and Montmorency Falls. We were given a free 3 day city bus pass. The breakfast was veery satisfactory. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is across from a large shopping mall.

Staff did not even say thanks when we turned in our keys. To be fair, we had just returned from Newfoundland, a place so welcoming all hospitality training should be modeled on. The accommodation was great, wish the pool had longer hours. 10am-8pm currently.

Prompt service checking in. The rooms were clean. The mattresses are very hard. Continental breakfast could have had some type of protein like a hard boiled eggs. Price was reasonable.

The stay overall was good. The hotel is in a good location and underground parking is available. Also good restaurants are nearby and there is a Walmart nearby also. It is a short drive to the old city. The one complaint my wife and I have is that the bed mattress was too hard.

Unfortunatly,i did not get the room i reserved on internet with the so call excuse of "overbooking".The phone to the reception was disconnected,tone light over the bed was not working, and the shower entrance is not accessible for everyone.
