Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr gut. Das Zimmer wie auch das Bad sind sehr sauber. Parkplätze sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, obwohl dafür 16$ pro Tag gezahlt werden muss. Der Frühstücksbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und das Frühstück ist gut.

Nebenan ist zur Zeit eine Baustelle und damit die vorhanden Beeinträchtigungen. Die Kellner im Frühstücksbereich wirkten etwas muffig, und mehr als zweimal wird der Kaffee nicht aufgefüllt, Zeit zum Gehen halt.

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal, particularmente el personal que atiende el restaurante. El desayuno muy sabroso y raciones muy abundantes.

les lits etaient confortables mais les tetes de lits dechires , franchement pas tentant.

payer un sejour pour une famille de 5 , le canape lits , une horreur , inconfortable , vieux , bon pour la poubelle. payer 35 dollards par voiture , pour se garer dans un parking exterieur aucun service.

Le stationnement est payant, problème avec la piscine lorsque nous voulions nous baigner, chambres mal isolé, on entend la conversation de la chambre d'à coté.

Le déjeuner au restaurant 330 était parfait. Nous avons eu un excellent service.

C’était décevant de ne pas pouvoir profiter de la piscine. Beaucoup d’enfants avec les tournois d’hochey.

Accommodations where great. We where put on the 2nd floor (thank god, one of the elevators was out of order on Sunday January 28, checkout time. So we had to go up and down by foot to bring our luggage down. I reminded the staff at the front desk that at one point in time, this would have been their task.

Was not impressed by the lackadaisical attitude of the front desk staff. I understand it is the age, but, a young manager had to come out and retrieve them from their chat corner to have them serve clients.

La chambre était parfaite! Le lit très confortable et propre. J'ai particulièrement apprécié avoir une maquilleuse (le bac avec le miroir). Les produits de soins personnels fournis étaient aussi de qualité et sentaient super bon! J'avais besoin d'une chambre reposante et efficace et j'ai été servi, je n'ai été dérangé par aucun bruit non plus. L'emplacement était aussi parfait, j'étais bien heureuse d'être à la fois près du campus de l'UQTR (quelques minutes en taxi) et aussi près du Vieux-Québec. Service client aussi très conviviale et efficace. Je vais certainement revenir lors de mon prochain déplacement professionnel. Un point fort de mon passage a aussi été mon souper au restaurant de l'hôtel. J'ai été époustouflée par le rapport qualité-prix. Je me suis régalée! Le plat de pâtes que j'ai mangé était sans nul doute le meilleur que j'ai jamais mangé dans un restaurant, mon dessert (meringue) était aussi unique et délicieux, sans parler du parfait accord vin qui m'a été proposé et du cocktail tout aussi surprenant et délicieux. Et malgré les prix très abordables du menu, l'ambiance luxueuse et le service impeccable m'ont fait me sentir dans un grand restaurant. Vos avez un chef prodigieux!

J'aurais aimé avoir une robe de chambre, c'est bien pratique pour se déplacer à la piscine notamment. Aussi, j'ai trouvé l'eau de la piscine un peu froide, et clairement l'eau est maintenue assez basse. Toutefois, je comprend que c'est une période peu achalandée et il m'apparait écoresponsable de maintenir la piscine en conséquence, alors ça ne m'a pas dérangé assez pour que ça soit une expérience négative.

Café possui um restaurante anexo com menu de café da manha, era bom porém achamos caro. Instalações são boas, hotel bem cuidado e limpo./

Localização achamos muito longe dos pontos turísticos, local meio inseguro, nao conseguimos fazer nada a pé, pelo google maps ele parece perto, porém tem muitas subidas e locais que parecem nao ser seguros no caminho, tivemos q usar Uber todas vezes para nos locomover.

I booked 3 rooms for 4 nights, At check in, I asked if I could switch the credit card from the one I used to reserved with to another card. The man at the front desk said yes not a problem, they haven't done anything with it yet. I gave them a different card and he put it through. The next day I noticed that the amount over $3000, was put on both of my cards.I spoke with the front desk and he looked into it. He apologized and said they put it through at 7 am the day of check in and he had not noticed. He assured me that he put in a reverse and the funds should be released in a few days. I was not impressed. I kept checking my balances and was getting upset that they could hold over $6000. of my credit. At check out I went down and asked for a copy of my bills. He gave it to me and again I told him what had happened. Later that day I tried to use my credit card for a deposit for the next hotel and it was declined. Thank God I have another card. So the Best Western Plus Centre-Ville City Center Quebec City, again charged my credit card!!! So now I have $9,400 in charges on my 2 cards. I was told that they had released the funds but had to put 3 more charges of $1. each but not to worry about that. At this point I was very upset due to the fact we were still traveling and I had put the next 4 nights onto my credit card when I reserved the rooms. I was unable to access my credit for days . This is unacceptable!!!!

Proche du vieux Montréal, quartier latin et chinois , centre culturel et commercial . Café et eau à volonté

Beaucoup de SDF à proximité, le petit déjeuner compris servi de mauvaise qualité 2 fois sur trois (autre cuisinier). Pas de plan de ville ni guide touristique à disposition.

Bien situé

L'hotel est très bruyant, on entend beaucoup les gens dans le corridor. Une portion des chambres dont la mienne, donne sur le restaurant et non sur l'Extérieur ce qui fait que c'est très sombre et claustrophobe.

Their address is listed as 330 de la Couronne. The blank wall at that address has no entrance to a hotel or any sign. As my husband kept driving, I called the hotel on my iPhone to tell them we couldn't find them and after many explanations as to where their outdoor parking was etc, they finally told me the entrance to their hotel is at 378 rue du Roi. This is a small street just around the corner., When I questioned them about this confusing situation, I was told that it was due to all sorts of construction going on around them. It was not a good start to our mini vacation in Quebec City.

Breakfast at the hotel was expensive for what was received. The location of the hotel was extremely sketchy. Parking was not up to par for the price of the hotel.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, and answered all of my questions. They were happy to use English when my French ran out. The room was comfortable and had plenty of room for me and my 2 kids. The location is a bit of a hike (MOSTLY VERTICAL) to the Old City, but it is very central for catching a city bus up the hill, and well serviced by taxis and ubers. It's less than 2km away from the train station. There are a lot of nice restaurant options in the neighbourhood. The pool was great!

Check-in is not until 4 pm, which was not very convenient when we arrived in the morning with 2 kids - to be fair, they were very clear about that in all their communications, and they happily stored our luggage while we waited. Laundry was an issue. The hotel does not have laundry facilities and all the walkable laundromats have recently closed (The neighbourhood is very visibly in the process of being gentrified). Our choices were lug our laundry up the hill to the old city, or get on a bus to the north shore. It was a short bus ride, and easy to figure out, but it wasn't ideal.

Great location! Good facilities. Clean and comfortable.

Beds were great and tv channels were good

When I arrived the front desk person told me I could pay cash but when I went to close my account then the one in turn said it was not allowed , and then he accepted to do it. It was a bit weird.

room was very comfortable. amazing location. staff was helpful, they gave me a map of the city and gave some advice for visiting old Quebec. breakfast was very good (although it was not included in the price)

pool was crowded and the water was "coolish".

The hotel is located within a walking distance from old town, and room was very comfortable and clean. Staff is very kind and helpful!

The room and bed are comfy.

The only part that I don't like is that the windows are fixed, which can not be open and air the room.
