Just a night stop

A perfect place to stay. As only needed a bed for the night. Were travelling from uk through France and down to south of Spain, visitingfriends.

They tried to charge us for our stay even when we paid ahead of time. Very small rooms but windows covered so great sleep. Not very soundproof. No soap or towels and bathrooms/ showers were down the hall but no lineups and all very clean. No restaurants nearby. No one explained how the locks on the doors worked at check in.... very frustrating for us and others on our floor. Very modern decor and clean!

Room looked like a prison cell, Very uncomfortable bed. No en-suite toilet or bathroom, communal facilities at end of corridor. I left after half an hour to find alternative accommodation. On the plus side, very handy for the motorway, but if not you will need a taxi to get there = expensive, and nowhere to eat within walking distance. Manager was v.pleasant though, air con and wi-fi worked ok.

We booked two rooms but got in the booking system wrong dates. Called within 15 minutes to correct it but they refused and we had to pay 2 nights. Impossible to get in touch with them. Hotels.com helped us and we are very pleased with their support. The non smoking rooms smelled very badly of smoke and so did our clothes after the visit. We had to wash them on the next hotel. Rooms needs to be renovated and painted. Brooken door locks and interior. Some cooked food and smoked in the rooms eventhough it was forbidden... Shared showers and toilets were ok. Towels and sheets were ok. Closed parking area. Some insects and bugs in the rooms though. We will never book F1 - first and last time!!!

The bathrooms are outside the bedroom and there was no toilet paper in them. There is no lavabo in the bathrooms, so you can't wash your hands until you get to your bedroom, where there is a lavabo next to the bed. There was an awful smell coming out from the sink of the lavabo permanently. The breakfast it's not included. It's a good hotel for one night.

Very disappointing and shocked .. should have read the description better as shared toilets and showers!! For over 20 rooms ...

F1 hotels are for a sleep-over during travels. I've stayed at a few. They are all very simple, which one knows, but very cheap. Most of them are clean with friendly staff and a terrace with some comfort overlooking some bushes on the other side of the parking. This one had almost none of this. Dirty hotel , most toilets and showers closed for some reason and located in a creepy area. But the staff was nice
