Customer service was amazing the evening we arrived. The new owners/management were super nice, friendly, and accommodating! We always get a hot tub suite, and the beds and pillows are extremely comfy! It could be CLEANER, and we did see a “bug” on the wall, but, since we always clean ourselves, first, it wasn’t worth moving or notification, as everything else was great! Worth noting, they also have breakfast now, and we LOVED the coffee machine! They also gave us a late checkout free at 2, again, as I said, VERY ACCOMMODATING!

Decent hotel, could use updates. Our AC sounded like a helping taking off but seemed to do it's job. The TV only had a few channels that came through, the rest you could get audio but no video it was just a blank screen. Breakfast was non existent other than some wrapped cheap muffins that were gross and yogurts. Bed was springy but not very soft, jacuzzi tub filled quickly and was relaxing.

Room smelled musty and when I got up in the middle of the night I found a cockroach running around the bathroom sink. I did let the lady at the front desk know but I don’t believe she knew what I was talking about because she asked if she needed to send housekeeping to our room a few times. But I have to say they were the friendliest people! Very polite and accommodating. I would stay again they just need to exterminate the rooms.

When we opened the door, we thought the room hadn’t been cleaned yet or the sheets changed. We battled flies. Carpet needed to be vacuumed and shampooed. Dusty. We’d asked for a non-smoking room. Upon opening the door we smelled weed. The desk clerk’s explanation was that people smoke outside by the air conditioner and it comes on the vents … as it did that night when they smoked outside of our room. The breakfast was lacking. The coffee was weak. We had to ask for washcloths. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable. There were a couple of restaurants close by.

I was so disappointed in our stay, my daughter & her Fiancé stayed there a year or 2 ago and it was wonderful. Nice clean big rooms really nice so I chose that Motel for that reason, but when we arrived at the motel, we came into a room that smelt moldy. It was not clean the bottom on bathtub was dirty. The coffee pot had a used coffee filter in it. So it had never been cleaned, the airconditioner/heater make a horrible squealing noise so loud you couldnt hear the tv then it just quit working all togather, there was no microwave in the room when we asked about it we was told to use the microwave in the lobby which closed at midnight & didnt reopen till 7am, so couldnt warm up any food we had between these hours. The website said a free continental breakfast. It had yogurt a pancake maker, some fruit, bagels, bread for toast, a container of cream cheese for anyone & everyone to share so who knows if people used a spoon that had already been placed it thier mouth to dip out some cream cheese. The man (owner i guess) at the counter was not friendly the websight is almost 100% bulls**t as to what it actually is & what they actually off!! What a disappointment wouldn't recommend to NOONE...will NEVER be a guest there again!!

Had reserved a smoking room, but when we got there we were informed that they're we're no smoking rooms. We did get upgraded to a Jacuzzi room. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was very hit and miss which made watching TV a challenge.

Beds were mid to low comfort, pillows were a flop. Pool was nice but too much chlorine. The people were very nice

Good location but no hot water, lots of noise, and dont count on breakfast, nothing but pancake machine and great value O's cereal, need to improve guest experience
