Good location, accessible to taxi/Uber. Close to main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The room was big, clean, and comfortable with a balcony offering an amazing view of the Don Luis Bridge. Housekeeping personnel were friendly and provided great customer service.

The Hotel's location is pretty perfect as next to Ribeira Square with lots of dining options, etc.
Unfortunately, the location means it's next to the main road and we were unlucky to get the room 209 facing the front (main road). The noise level from the road is unbelievably loud and I didn't sleep much for the first 2 nights. Most of the hotel reception staff were quite unfriendly and not helpful at all. Among many ridiculous things when complaining about the room (noise) is that we didn't request a quiet room. Well, it's fair to say that I would definitely never intentionally pay for a noisy room like that!!!

This hotel was a great location to see Porto. Parking is not convenient. You can’t even pull up front to drop off luggage without the taxi drivers getting upset with you. Breakfast was good, a nice variety to choose from.

A great location! The staff is just wonderful. After a really early departure from Amsterdam, we arrived at the hotel way earlier than the normal check-in time. I asked if there was any chance to get our room earlier and after a telephone call, we were told that we'd have the room in 20 minutes! Everyone was so kind and helpful. We only had breakfast there on one of the three days and it was fine and varied. Lovely hotel and staff, great location. We'd recommend.

A very nice hotel very close to the river Douro and city attractions. Staff exceptional and went out of their way to be helpful with advice on what to see and do in Porto. Breakfast good and if you needed anything extra that was no problem. Our second floor room was overlooking the street and was very clean and well serviced. Highly recommended.

The staff at this hotel was amazing! Beyond professional and accommodating. Base room is kind of small… but very clean all around and the location is perfect.

The rooms were simple bordering on minimalistic. One room had a broken lock so we got a different room which had a much worse location and view. The staff forgot to bring new room keys and promised. On the plus side, we were greeted with a glass of port of local pastries. The cafe on premises wasn’t impressive. Not a bad experience but wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel is in the bustling Ribeira district. Everything was walkable, but expect a lot of stairs! Porto is on multiple levels and you need to climb up a lot of hills and stairs to get where you want.
The hotel staff is accommodating and the rooms are clean, but small (like all of Europe). I only recommend a bit more guest security in the stairwells and elevators. They should add keycard access.
The hotel area is busy and the street is noisy. Be careful if you're a light sleeper.

No parking at all even on the street. Next door parking lot charge 60 Euro/day.

I enjoyed the location and amenities at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities advertised did not live up to my expectations. Luggage storage consisted of bags stored out in the lobby, which was not very safe. The laundry advertised was actually a costly dry cleaning service. My shower was partially broken. The desk ran out of bath towels and provided me with a hand towel. I was disappointed in the hotel based on the cost.
