The room was located on the third floor and had no elevator. I had to lug my luggage up. Two flights are very steep stairs. The room was cold no heat. It wasn’t handicap accessible. The bathroom light was 6 feet from the floor. I’m 5 feet tall I had to reach over my head to turn the bathroom light on the bathroom was smaller than a closet Not what I expected for $1300 for two day stay no an blanket and no front desk to talk to anyone.breakfast was a joke cold cereal and. Stall bagels.

Room was a little run down and old for the price. Lock on bathroom door was broken. Bedroom door had glass rather than being solid. Bedding not great quality. Pillows not filled with down. Blanket was stained. No reception desk and no locked place to place luggage. On positive side, breakfast was great and location outstanding.

This hotel was close to everything. Monica who worked there was very helpful! The only complaint is the bathroom is very small but the bed was comfortable and the room was beautiful.

The location worked for my needs,Parking was good if it was their driveway.
I was not pleased with the room. The heat was blasting and there were no controls to cool it down. I had to open the window in order to make the room bearable. The TV did not work and there were no directions to operate it and the light in the room was on a 2 ft high table. When I went down for some breakfast, there were no utensils, plates or anything to put the danish on. The staff was average, I only saw them after waiting over 20 minutes to check in and for 30 seconds when I left. I will not use them again.

I loved the classic charm of this old inn. We arrived late but key was left by prearrangement. Room was very clean and big but large area rug shown in picture no longer in room which made it look very sparse. Breakfast was very disappointing, Luke warm coffee, dried out muffins, stained cloth on sideboard, crumbs everywhere and we were the only two guests the whole weekend. During one breakfast we had to listen to an unseen employee talk very loudly on the phone the entire time.

The lodge was beautiful, clean, Monica was very sweet. Our only issue was that the bathroom and shower were incredibly tiny and it wasn't clear on the information online. It did not diminish our stay, it's just something to note.

My husband and I had a lovely weekend at Cliff Lodge. They were welcoming to use from the start, and worked to meet our needs. We loved the location -- close to the center, but quiet and private.

We got there a bit early to drop off our bags and housekeeping gave us a key for later. We came back at check in time but no one was around and we had some questions so we called but it would have been better to talk in person. No one to make recommendations or suggestions. We had a 3rd floor room and it was tiny. We felt like giants. Stairs were steep and loud. Another guest had a dog that was pretty vocal and there was no barrier to the different sounds. It was clean and comfortable considering the challenges but probably wouldn’t go back.

The staff was extremely helpful. They greeted me with a smile, took care of my luggage, and allowed me unlimited use of the hot water in the lounge 24 hours a day so I could have a cup of tea. The water power of the shower and the output of the hair dryer were fine. The rooms have a view of the sea and are very clean and pleasant.

An absolutely beautiful property in a perfect location. Monica and the staff are fantastic. They are friendly, outgoing, kind and bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful. I would highly recommend Cliff Lodge to anyone traveling to Nantucket. We will certainly stay there on our next trip to the island.

It was the worse stay I have ever had!!!!
I would strongly advice to close this place down.
Totally u safe for anyone with a disability many stairs no bars in shower. No safe. No bottled water. My passport was stolen and a jacket. The bar for clothing could not be reached without a step stool.

Everything about my stay was excellent. Very quiet area and inn. Very comfortable bed and room to get away from hectic life you left behind. Walkable to everything within the town of Nantucket. Bring your bike and come for a visit!

This is a nice facility, but noisy depending on the care of other guests, and some street noise after about 7:30 AM. The location is convenient to several excellent restaurants and shopping.

I loved the antiquity of the building, built before USA was a country. I enjoyed the view of the harbor from my room, lovely to take my tea to room and sit and watch the ferries come and go. I liked chatting with other guests at the provided breakfast, which was a real treat not to have to go into town for. Monica was very helpful and very attentive to needs. A few minutes from town and the beach. I had a very pleasant 6-night stay, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our stay was in December 2021. Monica was especially wonderful. She greeted us at the door when we arrived and graciously showed us to our room and the common areas. Our room was large, clean, comfortable and very relaxing. The home was charmingly decorated with a special ambiance for the holidays. Tea & coffee were readily available. The breakfast baskets were a good start to our days.

Check in was friendly, quick and easy. Lovely, historical and relaxing B&B with amazing breakfast from neighboring hotel. Room upgrade was wonderful and much appreciated making our stay so much more relaxing and comfortable. Good location and within walking distance from shops and restaurants. Was only disappointed bikes were not included with the stay but otherwise no complaints and would highly recommend.
