Very nice hotel, very comfortable bed. My biggest issue with with the elevator. The elevator buttons hardley work. I have to press them 100x just to down down from my floor. On my last night, the down (or up) button both didn't work. I had to take my luggage down a floor to get elevator to work.

Beautiful hotel in a GREAT location, walkable to everything we wanted. Great, friendly staff, very friendly and helpful. The front desk gave us an adapter for our electronics when we simply asked where to purchase one.

It’s an amazing hotel with wonderful staff that are very friendly and helpful. When booking you do have an option to add massages during your stay so take adventsge of that. The spa is very clean and the staff were very experienced. We had an amazing time in Ho Chi Minh City. We only stayed there for 3 nights but wished we can stay there longer.

Hotel is modern and nicely designed. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Their bed is super comfortable though the pillows are too soft for our liking. We stayed for 3 nights from Fri to Mon and all was good till our last night, where we could hear very loudly from the opposite school. Not sure if it was a daily weekday routine or some special occasion but the children were singing and dancing for 1 hr at around 7 or 8am. There's no sound proofing at all. Staff were ok but not friendly. No one smiled or greeted us or other guests through out which was a little unexpected for a 4 star hotel.

My husband and I had a great experience here at the Fusion Suites Hotel in Saigon. The staff are always friendly and super helpful. The place was clean and they spoke decent English. We would definitely recommend it to others who is looking for a nice hotel near the Ho Chi Minh City.

What made us go for Fusion Suites was its fresh Nordic design. The room was very spacious and spotless, and we loved that it was directly overlooking the streets. Rooms are also complete and we appreciate that their products are sustainable. Staff members are very attentive and helpful as well. Location was at the heart of District 1 - quiet but still near establishments. The hotel was also easily accessible to tours and Grab.

Overall it was great experience staying in Fusion Suite Saigon. However thee are somethings did not meet my expectations, there is no swimming pool for my children to swim, the small room in the family suite is too warm if the door is closed as there is no additional exhaust of the air conditioner to the small room with bunk bed.
