Everything was ok. Female staffs were great. But male staffs were unkind. I checked in late. Two men were sleeping on the couch. Waking them up, they looked unhappy. And there is a guy with big black glasses. He looks very serious all the time. On the rooftop I said hi to him. He said "take off your sandles" instead of saying hi back. I felt awful. This hotel should put up the sign about sandles. I wouldn't visit this hotel again because of that guy.

It was such a wonderful experience there. It is waking distance from the my khe beach and 2 minutes walk from the ngon villa. The skyview pool is nice. And the nicest thing is that the staff there are very nice and kind hearted. It was my birthday and they prepared a birthday cake for me just because the staff check on my birthday date when doing a copy of my passport! And the other staff also know this and say happy birthday to me with friendly smiles everywhere. Will recommend to all friends and here to you all.

A great hotel with fantastic staff.I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I stepped in to the hotel.My room great and on the 9th floor which meant I had a great view over the city which lit up at night.A 2 minute walk to the wonderful my kye beach which you could see from the amazing rooftop pool.Have a drink one evening up there by the pool and watch the sun go down and see the fantastic pool and city light up,amazing.The buffet breakfast was very good to and catered for all nationalites with its wide choice of foods.All the staff were fantastic but I must mention lilly,mary and kim who really made that extra effort to make sure you were ok every time they saw you and very helpful with places to go and see.Ba na hills and the golden bridge are a must do while you are there.Just 40 minutes by taxi and a amazing cable car ride up to the place high up on the hills overlooking da nang.Also the dragon bridge at night and the lady budda staue overlooking the bay to is a must see.

Service and proximity to beach was great. Smoke smell and some mold in the front area of room put a damper on things. WiFi was spotty on our floor. Lady who oversees the breakfast was helpful and attentive.

The hotel was great, staff very friendly and ready to help (english is available), breakfast was great, and the infinity pool is beautiful. 5 minute walk from the beach. My only complaint is that the Air Conditioner did not work well, so the room was hot at night

Queen Finger Hotel is excellent place to stay with family. They provide us family room which is tidy & clean. The hotel staff is polite and helpful. Beach is 10 min walking from hotel. The roof top swimming pool is excellent. The breakfast is plentiful but lack of vegetarian dishes. However, one or two Indian restaurant is nearby so we won't face any issue. Altogether, I have excellent stay here and surely recommend to fellow travelers.

Booked 3 nights a month ahead and moved us to a different room daily.

We got transferred to another hotel when we booked for the Queens finger were not to impressed that we got transferred to another hotel without being informed. Not happy with Hotels.com.au won’t do any future bookings with them they are robotic to deal with any don’t have any customer focused service. Queens finger were fantastic they transferred us to our next accommodation courtesy due to muck up with being transferred.

The hotel is in a very cool neighborhood and just two blocks from the beach. The infinity pool is small and it has a great view of Danang. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Taxis are inexpensive. You can't beat the price and the breakfast is great. I would definitely return to this hotel.

We will come back again, this hotel with a reasonable price, staffs were very pleasant and friendly, very clean and the foods was excellent.

As I travel Viet Nam, I have learned to only book places for a few days just in case you don't like it. I did the same when I book my stay at the Queen's Finger. After staying there one night, I decided to book the rest of my stay in Danang totaling about a 3 week stay at this hotel. Everything about this hotel is nice. I love sitting outside and enjoying the view of Danang City from the pool. The breakfast buffet is nice with great service. The staff is first class and friendly. Everyone I've come in contact with are very nice and polite. One staff member that stands out, for me, is Julia (Huyen). She is always smiling and greets me with such warmness when I went to have my breakfast. It is truly a great way to start the day. My trip was extended because I caught a horrible flu. The staff learned of my sickness and sent Ginger/lime/honey to my room. I didn't want to touch anything so at the buffet they would help me with getting food. I appreciate staff members like Aria for helping me with this. I truly appreciated everyone I came into contact with and the hotel was such a nice place to spend a long time at. That said, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is a 3 Star but you get 5 Star service

飯店每個員工都超友善!而且感覺是出自真心的那種。房間跟浴室都很乾淨，頂樓的泳池太讚了!!玩了一上午還不想結束，強烈建議要帶泳衣游兩下，不會游泳也沒關係泡泡水拍照也爽。飯店的早餐算豐盛，能用這價格住到這樣的飯店，真的是太物超所值，一定還會再光顧。租摩托車可以到巷口的一家租，比飯店便宜一點(120000&160000)，但是要走三五分鐘。附近沒什麼好吃的，最好是去市區吃，附近有家兄弟漢堡，太貴了!沒有那個價值，不推薦。退房若需出租車，可以請前台幫忙叫，不用另外費用。 Both the staff on the frontdesk and restaurant are sooooooo friendly.Breakfast buffet is good enough also.I will visit this hotel next time.Its a very budget choice.

The hotel is close to the beach and the staff are very helpful. They helped me to arrange the motorbike and the ticket to Bana hills.

Enjoyed our stay at Queens Finger Hotel very much. Excellent value, clean and comfortable. Staff were worked at a pace but remained excellent hosts. Roof top pool a nice bonus for views, evening drinks and a dip. Great quality and taste in the restaurant - rice noodles with home made fish sauce for brekky a new favourite.

Our room location was perfect on the 10th floor, with a great view of the sea on the east and the city in the north. It was simply awesome. The staff are very kind and helpful. The crowning jewel of The Queen's Finger is definitely it's roof top which includes a bar, seating, a small L shaped infinity pool and unobstructed views over the Han River and Ba Na Hills. The sunsets are spectacular... definitely take your camera or just sip a cocktail and enjoy the sight. The staff play, at volume, annoying pop music through their phones, meaning you are also privvy to every notification ping they receive. However, they will turn it down or off if asked. The staff at The Queen's Finger are it's second jewel. Extremely attentive customer service and always with a smile. On arriving I was given a free upgrade to a suite and when I enquired about a late checkout this was also given free of charge. They made me feel very special and looked after. The room was of a good standard and clean. Comfy beds, functioning AC, tea/coffee, fridge, safe etc. The premium TV channels in English didn't work, so no movie before bed or morning news. The bathroom included a shower/tub combo which was a bonus, although not enough hot water for a bath. The breakfast buffet was presented well, but unappealing in choice and quality with a lot of very greasy dishes. The waiting staff were also overly attentive to the point of being annoying. They need to learn when a guest wants to chat during their breakfast and when they don't. Great location with lots of funky bars/cafes and 5-10 mins. to the beach. Overall a great budget hotel.... i'd definitely recommend it.

Stayed her for 6 days and we loved it. The staff was very attentive and the area provided us with everything that we hoped for...great food, easy access to the beach and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city to avoid the noise but a short drive away ( $3 taxi ride) if so desired. The rooftop pool was the best with service to match. The best view in town!!! The breakfast buffet was good with staff always available to help. The front desk staff (especially Windy) was top notch, helped us out with everything. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already booked in again when were turn to Vietnam at month's end
