Fantastic stay at Laguna resort! Staff were lovely from start to finish and so accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Apartment was lovely, big and clean with everything we needed for the week. Cafe was lovely, nice food. About a 5 minute taxi ride to the marina, Uber was about €5 Lovely stay, would definitely stay again

Had superior 1 bed apartment that was very spacious. 25 minute walk to Marina where you could probably eat in different restaurant every night for a month. accommodation just far enough away to be a nice walk there and back but Uber super cheap also

The unit we stayed in was bright and airy, large patio doors, large windows, really distinct from conventional Portuguese builds. Loved the unit the setting was in a secure setting. The unit itself could do with more storage units for personal ware and more hooks to hang clothes, otherwise the kitchenette was well equipped, with even 2 ovens. All in all no complaints. Staff were very helpful, free bikes was a bonus.

Our apartment met all our needs. The staff we spoke with were highly efficient and friendly. We had the sun on our balcony most of the day. We stayed in February and some apartments can be cold but this one was warm and cosy from the moment we arrived. We walked into the marina and also used Uber which is great value ranging from €2.81 to €5.40 per trip. We will return again soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nice place and very clean

The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms were spacious and the view over the golf course lovely. We were checking out early and the team gave us packed lunch for the day as we wouldn’t make breakfast.

Great stay. View from balcony is amazing. Breakfast is great. 30 min walking distance to marina or 5 min taxi. Disappointed that, when we enquired about getting more coffee pods for the coffee machine in our room we were told that we weren’t allowed more. (we only got 2 for a 6 day stay)

Fantastic accommodation throughout - felt like I was on a retreat it was that relaxing. Stayed over looking golf course which gave us fantastic views (go armed with your mosquito repellant though) - the cafe and bar are well stocked and we enjoyed breakfasts and some lunches there. Pool area is lovely and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Sadly the bar closed each night at 8pm - this may vary though depending on season. Ubers into Vilamoura and surrounding areas were always on hand and very reasonably priced (around 3.50 euro to Vilamoura) we would definitely book to go again

Nice, big place. The furniture requires soft legs for having no sound when moved. Also sound isolation between rooms is essential.

Amazing stay due to the friendly staff as well as great property - breakfast was superb with staff going out of their way to ensure you had everything you wanted and to your liking - we stayed 3rd to 7th May and had perfect weather- due to an early pick up on the last day we were packed off with a breakfast box which we took to the airport! We will definitely be returning

It was absolutely fantastic, bright, spacious and beautiful. The staff are also outstanding. Big shout out to the gentleman thy made us an early breakfast as we departed early in the morning. Can’t wait to go back.

hotel went out their way and put an extra single bed in our room as booked wrong which was amazing from them but we had ants in our rooms and 2 nights are towels wasn't changed.

When we got there, we were told we were the first to arrive, yet were placed in a ground floor apartment next to the pool - one that didn't get sun any time of the day. We asked for a different one, but was told it was full, despite there being 7 people by the pool and no more than a dozen cars parked on the property!! The A/C didn't work in either the lounge or the bedroom and for the three nights we stayed there, it wasn't working for 2 of them. We used their 'whatsapp concierge' to report this, but nobody replied.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, quiet and very well furnished. The kitchen was very useful and the room was easily accessible. There was a lot of free parking for the guests and the hotel was very close to the beach and to the center of Vilamoura (5-10 minutes away by car). The only downsides were that the bed was kind of hard and that the right way to get to the hotel was hard to find because the Maps app on iPhone leads you to the wrong hotel, you need to use Google maps to not be misled! We would come back for sure.

We had a fantastic time! The team were so friendly and welcoming! The apartment was beautiful and tastefully decorated, and cleaned regularly for us! The food and served in the bar were great prices and delicious - apraxia thanks to Maria and the bar team who were barrels of fun! We will definitely be back, thanks for making our holiday so wonderful!
