It was lovely,really enjoyed the hotel and Gili T.

Right on the beach, clean and fresh, hairdryer and toiletries provided, free safe, wonderful professional and polite staff and a lovely restaurant and pool. Unfortunately no views at all from room as window centimetres from the side of adjacent hotel and natural light rather poor. However, excellent value for money and a great location, you dont go to a beautiful island like this to stay in your bedroom!

Great location - right next to the beach which has a couple of cool bars overlooking the sunset. 5-10 minute walk into the main part which has great food places (we loved Altrove - freshly cooked pizzas). Very basic room - you get what you pay for. Working toilet, and hot shower (although only lasts for about a minute). Beware that you’ll be woken up very early by a cockerel.

Really good hotel to stay - it's close to everything and they have an amazingly delicious beachfront restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they will help you with anything and make sure your stay is very enjoyable. Our room was slightly small, however cozy and the wifi worked very well in the whole hotel.

Really nice and friendly staff. Would highly recomend staying at Natys:-) close to everything, and still away from the noise from the Nightlife.

Very good. Close to the main beach. Don't bike around Gili twanagan. Waste of time and miserable time dragging the bike through sand quarter of the way. Very cllean hotel worth the price.

We like the view and the place is in a good spot!!We don’t like it that the pool cannot be used after 20:00, as it is very hot and we always like to swim during the evening to cool down. I really think that the pool should be available till much later.

Very courteous staff and nice hotel located at good location.

We were very satisfied with the stay in Natya hotel (6 nights). Staff were very friendly, rooms were a little small, but comfortable, location was very near the main activities (beaches, restaurants, spot for watching sunset). The hotel was clean, and breakfast was good, breakfast food was ordered from menu, it was not a buffet, so it was very tasteful. Internet wifi was overloaded and disconnected quite often, staff did everything they could to restore the connections, but problems repeated few times during 6 days. Personally I didn't mind, after all we were coming for holidays not to work and was a good excuse not to spend time with the smartphones etc..

Call it timing, but our hotel was doing maintenance while we stayed here. It was very loud and did not allow us to see the view that everyone was talking about. Although the construction was going on, the place was still very clean and the people were still very friendly. Nizar was an excellent host in the lobby. He was very helpful and friendly. He even helped us book our fast boat service from Gili T to Lembongan. Thanks Nizar!

Stayed for one night , very nice room and breakfast and very good value for money . Definitely recommend.

Clean hotel in a great location - central to all the action. Plus, if you get an ocean view room, great balcony to check out the ocean and watch all the night action! Enjoyed our stay here!

Very central location near to all the restaurants and bars. Good breakfast selection with attentive staff. Some allocated sun loungers on the beach but would have liked more space for these as often these were full. Given twin beds when I requested a double bed.

Beach rooms on main road, the view is amazing. Clubs til 6 are an unfortunate thing u may encounter noise wise

Not the best experience, rooms are quite small and had a window looking a brick wall, we had mushrooms growing out of our sink into the shower, mouldy shower curtains, blocked up sink most days and safe that didnt work. Though in saying that the staff at the reception and restaurant were very lovely.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, the staff are very friendly. Good breakfast. Nice clean rooms. Very close to all the shops, restaurants and beach. A nice area to relax by the pool. We would happily visit this hotel again.

Good distance to and from harbour. Staff are friendly but expect service requests from room is a little slow. Toilets and swimming pool could do with a little maintainance. Transportation tip - can get better bargain if you go to the harbour for tickets yourself.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful; when I asked for adaptor plugs, towels, water or hairdryer, it was delivered immediately. Decor is modern, but rooms are not very clean. The bathroom shower area does not have a curtain so the entire bathroom was constantly wet. There is a very small pool right beside the lobby but it is usually empty as there are only 3 chairs there and a very small space. The hotel restaurant which serves the breakfast is one of the better restaurants in Gili and has an amazing view, very instagram-worthy. However, they had a very limited breakfast ala carte menu so we pretty much ate the same french toast and eggs benedict every morning. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Natya, and considering the price, I would rate it a 4/5.

Loved our stay here. Staff friendly, great location, nice pool to cool off in at the end of the day. Breakfast was a but hit n miss but I think that's most hotels in indo. Would def stay here again. A little gem :)
