Overall our stay was great. The views are awesome, you can hear the Dollywood train too. The room was clean, no issues. Our only complaint is a solid waste company is just up the road and the stench was awful outside sometimes.

Amazing place to stay. Close to everything and the suite was fully equipped, including cookware, dishes, silverware, all the appliances. Loved it and will stay again.

$50 resort fee charged at check in. One of our bathrooms had shower doors that fell in on me. We paid extra for the additional space and couldn't use it. Also, the balcony door lock didn't qork.
You'd think the resort fees would allow them to do repairs.

Room had awesome view & the suite set up was awesome. The suite & property needs a little updating for worn furniture & paint touch up. The room was clean & bed very comfortable. Staff was awesome at communication via text messages.

Very nice accommodations! The resort is really close to the Parkway. The unit was very clean.

Everything was good. The 2 bedroom apartment we booked was roomy, had 2 bathrooms and kitchen, and even a washer and dryer. They supplied laundry detergent, dish soap and everything we needed.
My only slightly negative comment would be the property and furnishings are showing some aging. Not really visible in the photos. All in all, a nice stay.

We had a fabulous stay. The folks here are fantastic. They go above and beyond to make your stay great. Anything you may need or questions you have are just a phone call or text away. Very clean, very comfortable, everything we needed in the room. Easy check in and check out process.
Fabulous views, out door pools, hot tubs and indoor pool,and gym.
It was just a great stay. Also it isn't on the main parkway strip, but it is close so only takes a minute to be in middle of everything, without giving up peace and quiet relaxing.

We enjoyed the property because it was very clean, easy to get to places in the Smokies, and away from the crowds so very quiet. One thing we didn’t like was the hot tub nozzles sprayed too much since the nozzles were at the top and felt like it could be updated with painting and new furniture but otherwise a beautiful resort in the Smokies!

Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Both the grounds and landscaping were kept neat. The room was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities needed. The location was perfectly set to view the beautiful Smokey Mountains.

Loved the area bedroom was very hot at night a/c did not seem to get to the bedroom in the back. Toilet in back bathroom was extremely low and did not flush well. Other than that loved the resort. Hope to return

This property is well maintained. It has beautiful views. Its also close to everything but just far enough from all the hustle and bustle. The room was definitely dated, but I believe they are renovating the property and hadnt gotten to the building we stayed in as of yet. The front desk crew was very nice and helpful. I definitely am planning on staying here again in the future.

Loved the location, close to everything without being in the traffic. Our room came with a kitchen and one bedroom the unit needs updating but it had everything we needed.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, I loved my balcony with the pool and mountain view! Could use some simple upgrades for phone charging and furniture. The mattress could use and immediate change but overall I loved the property and central location!

Everyone from the staff was very nice. They treated you like family. The suites are amazing and great views of the mountains. The balcony is comfy, and the fire place inside gives it a nice touch. All over amazing place would recommend to anyone. Definitely going to be staying there again soon!

This place was just ok. I have stayed here before with RCI but this place definitely needed to be remodel. We stayed in a Townhouse and the master bedroom was upstairs and stayed so hot. The A/C would not cool it. Needed to have split level A/C. I had to go buy a couple of box fans just so me and my husband could sleep a little cooler. Also the skylight in that bathroom upstairs I could never get ready to go to dinner out because of the sun that came in was hot and couldn't use the mirror because of the reflection. They should tint those or but some kind of shade on them. And also I killed 5 roaches in my unit. And I didn't have a lot of food out. For the price that they charge for this place they should use it to remodel it to be better.

Stayed in Building 3 which seems to be for regular rentals. Building outside needs some maintenance - definitely looking older. Room was very clean and nice but somewhat dated. No issues with anything at all. Pool area was great. Elevator is in middle of building. Our unit was on the end - first floor. First floor is down because of being on a hill. Had a good view from our room. Pool was outside our room. No issues at all with noise from the pool.
We did have a fire alarm around midnight. Management could have handled it better. No instructions on what to do or what had happened. There wasn't a fire - probably a malfunction or a kid having fun. We just assumed it was OK to go back to our room when the firemen started to leave.
Would definitely stay here again. This was a couples trip - no kids. We liked that it was on a road away from the main area of Pigeon Forge. Very easy access to everything with less than a 5 minute ride. You are about 3 miles from Dollywood.

We needed extra room having 2 teenage boys and it fit the bill perfectly. It was a townhome layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen and a washer and dryer in unit Excellent amount of space. The house itself is very aged. A lot has not been updated since the 80s. The molding around the front door was literally hanging off. It smelled musty for a long while after getting there. The carpets need to be changed badly. The bed was lopsided and lumpy. The linoleum around the tub was lifting and needed changing. I am NOT nitpicker, but with the excellent layout and price, this should be a VERY coveted spot…if only they would throw a bit of money into updating. If they do, this will be our go to place every few years we come here. Oh, and don’t have your room key near your key fob or it will demagnetize (twice for us)

Well kept. Area where property is located can throw you off thinking that it might be a terrible run down property. Actually it’s in a convenient location and well maintained.

A home away from home. The rooms and the beds were excellent. The full kitchen afforded us the opportunity to cook our meals as if we were home. Highly recommended for a family vacation.
Some painting facelifts will really add some aesthetic value to the whole property.

We love staying here! We come at least twice a year and stay at sunrise resort as much as possible for the value, location, and fun!

The suite was large and cozy. Clean rooms and we loved the addition of a full fridge and washer and dryer. And the Mountain View’s are just excellent. We can’t wait to come back.
