We stayed there to attend a concert at Piazza di Signoria, which is within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was good, and the car park was very convenient for us. I would stay there again.

Flickering lights & mouldy shower room. I woke up on the first morning to the sound of someone trying to get into my room possibly for room service but I didn’t give permission for or expect anyone to enter.

The hotel neglected to tell us until the day before our stay that the town would be blocked off for the annual Alpini gathering. We could not park our car near the hotel. We had to walk about a third of a mile to park our car and haul our luggage to the room. Due to the gathering almost all of the restaurants were closed since the group brought along their own food vendors which were not to our liking.

ミニバー内の冷えたミネラルウォーターとジュースが無料。とてもありがたかった。部屋のドアがオートロックではないので、宿泊される方は施錠の確認を！広い部屋が良かったので、Superior Double or Twin Roomを予約し、Twin Room（シングルベッド2台）の部屋をリクエストした。くつろぐためのシーティングスペースがあることをを期待したが、実際はTriple Room（シングルベッド3台）だったため、部屋はベッドで一杯で、くつろぐためのスペースはなかったのが残念な点。このルームタイプを予約される方はホテルに確認された方が良いと思います。

Good basic hotel situated within walking distance to the station and city centre. Great breakfast although no tea/coffee making in the room. Rooms at front a little noisey from late night & early morning traffic. Renovations on outside hotel and hotel clad in scaffolding and mesh. Staff very helpful when asked for and iron as no iron or ironing board in room. Clean, comfortable and we had a pleasant weekend stay

The location was very good, a short walk to Corso Palladio and a short walk from the Train Station. Very clean and pleasant. A very generous full breakfast was offered.. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the rail station, but in the oppisite direction from all of the action. It seems like everything around the hotel was closed by 8pm. The fridge didnt work, the pillows were a joke (i swear it was just a folded blanket in a pillowcase), and the bathroom was cramped. I could barely move around in the shower, and I'm by no means big. The walls were peeling and this place needs a refresh

My wife and I just stayed here for five nights and we enjoyed it very much. The location is excellent - just a ten minute walk from the train station and also to the center of town along the same street that the hotel is on. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. The room was very clean and while not huge, was certainly large enough for us.

The Wi-Fi is just about non existent, at least in the room we had; I would have to go to the lobby to get the Wi-Fi to work well enough to actually use it.
