Stayed there for three nights and they did not even clean the room for once. Never changed our bed sheets or towels. Not even once. Never changed our cups, we have used the same cups for three days. Terrible terrible terrible.

We were sad to leave. We will definitely come back to Seya Beach hotel. The staff were very helpful with always a smile on their faces. The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. This hotel is the only one with the private beach. Love it!!

Very attractive property with a great ambiance and very friendly staff. The food was absolutely amazing both the breakfast buffet as well as the dinner buffet. The variety, freshness and presentation top of the top. Hotel has a great pool for your early morning workout and a private beach. You can easily walk from the hotel to Alaçati town center with beautiful typical Greek style architecture all restored to its original glory. Lovely shops and restaurants and a great bazaar on Saturdays . We loved our stay at Seya Beach Hotel 🙏

Excellent hotel as always, reception staff, beach staff, housekkeping, all excellent, -- beware of the issue with the ice, the 24 Hour try not to give you ice unless you call room service which is kind of hard to get ice to your thermos you have to go back to your room and then call room service and then wait for room service and probably they will charge you for it. did not understand why is it so hard to get a glass of ice

hotel is clean. staff is very polite. they claim that the hotel is 5 stars but it doesn't feel so. it is a big but very simple hotel. extras are very expensive. we paid 190TL for 1 kumru sandwich.

We like the design and comfort of the hotel.Food is average in the morning and lunch is poor. The staff do great work and are kind.The beach is clean and have nice colours,the downside is the coooold water. The beachclub next to the hotel plays loud music untill 01:00 and thats a really downside.

I really like the restaurant managers, they were nice and working hard to provide excellent service. On the other hand, the housekeeping was lacking neatness, they would not remove empty shampoo bottles and did not refill with new ones.

We loved this hotel. My daughter and I are coeliac and everyone went out of their way to make sure we had fantastic gluten free food. Location is amazing! A special thanks to Bucket from guest relations for all of her help.

Unfortunately, the hotel rooms are not clean

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for ten days in July 2021. We had a great time and were particularly pleased with: + Food. Good variety every day and often freshly grilled fish. Large fruit and dessert buffet. + Design. Nice modern Mediterranean interiors. Cozy lobby and interesting wooden furniture and lighting. + Location. Just by the sea and close to picturesque town Alacati with many cozy and laidback restaurants with nice design. + Room. Nice view of the sea and beach. Comfortable, clean and nice design. + Staff friendliness. Even though not all staff speak English they are friendly and helpful. However, there were a few drawbacks that makes the hotel not live up to its full potential: - Hotel beach bar. The service by the hotel beach sun chairs was not good. Staff were rarely present or attentive why one more than often had to go to the bar to order. - Music level at nearby beach club. Next to the hotel is a beach club that plays loud music late in the evening. One should also know that there are stray dogs that wonder around on the hotel beach. Stray dogs are common in Turkey and are not aggressive. Despite the aforementioned improvement areas we would recommend the hotel.

Great facilities and good looking hotel but the 5-star ends there. The service was very disappointing, very hard to get any drinks in a timely manner and haphazard approach to billing. Some waiters had to come back 3-4 times to get an order of 2 drinks correct! When it comes to meal-times, the food is awful, not even 3-star quality let alone 5-star. Don't opt for half-board or full-inclusive, eat outside! The outside facilities are a 100 times better and much cheaper. For the advantage of the pool and beach it wasn't worth paying the extra for this. I would recommend a small boutique hotel in Alacati centre itself and day-trips to beaches / pools as you wish. Every day we were leaving the hotel to find some "life" and good food. Not sure how this is rated the best hotel in Alacati area... I wouldn't return.

Good experience overall. The only negative was the noise coming every night from the adjacent beach club. You can't enjoy the sea view at night because of that. Staff very friendly, breakfast was average for the price. Seawater was cold.

Stuff is very friendly especially in the Lime bar Tayfun and Abdurrahman Managemet should be better communicate with the employees.

Went during winter so we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. Awesome breakfast and great views as we’ve gotten the room with the sea view balcony. Staff were attentive although they didn’t speak English well.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, it felt like a luxury holiday! I would highly recommend staying here and would 100% stay here again. We had everything we could ever think of at our beck and call - especially loved the 3 restaurants to choose from, as well as the coffee bar. A special mention has to go to our waiter Burak who was fantastic! On our first night at the hotel, we couldn't decide what to eat and Burak suggested he could make us a cheeseburger - he could probably see it's what we needed after a long flight. The meal was amazing, the service was superb. I don't know if this is the standard in Turkey, but Burak really made our holiday that much more fantastic. On top of that, the hotel is so beautiful, I never wanted to leave. It's right on one of the best beaches in the area, and hotel guests have their own secluded section of the beach. Just looking at the picture makes me wish I was still there!
