The staff is extremely kind and very helpful, I love that the desk person also text you to see how your stay is and if you need anything. The facility is clean and comfortable. It also felt very secure and safe. That was not a lot of excessive noise.

Our room smelled like smoke and when we asked the front desk, she was rude and blamed us for not telling her earlier. We had gotten in that previous evening at close to midnight and were exhausted. Will Not be staying at another Hilton hotel after this experience.

When we first arrived, the front desk clerk was very nice and professional. She was fast and courteous. She reminded us of the amenities and time of breakfast (healthy).

Convenient location, more room & amenities than I personally needed, $$, that being said, it was spacious, comfortable, & quiet.
I arrived on a Thursday, didn’t receive EOD, services, ( new towels, coffee, creamer) thus, had to request them on Monday, checked out Tuesday.
Navigating TV guide, was slow, & challenging. All else was user friendly.
Staff were all very pleasant, engaging, & helpful.

I have stayed at this property before and found it to be exactly what I wanted. Safe, Quiet, close to shopping and dinning areas. The entire staff was great and very professional.

It is the people that work at this hotel that make it a five star hotel. They are so kind and quick to help with any need! The room is clean. Plenty of towels are provided. The large refrigerator, dishwasher, and plates/mugs/utensils are very helpful. The location is well-situated for the city and a quick drive to Publix and Pizza Hut. The only room for improvement is a bathroom door that is easier to work (it is a sliding door that does not fit well). Overall, a great place to stay! If I am ever back in the area, I would stay there again.

Had a great stay! Had three rooms and the front desk receptionist ( Ms. Linda) did her best to put us all together. Also the breakfast was great and Ms. Patricia had amazing customer service in helping me with kids who had lots of questions and requests. Overall the staff was warm and friendly and went out of their way to make my visit with my family so comfortable. Definitely will be back.

I've stated this property quite a few times and I have only ever had one problem. The accused me of smoking in the room. I do not smoke and they tried to charge me a three hundred and fifty dollar fine, I however, explain to them I do not smoke and I had no guess so there was no way anyone could have smoked in that room that other than that. It's a great property. Great managers great staff

The check-in process was simple and easy. The front agent was welcoming friendly and professional.

We loved the fire pit outside for late night community after the wedding. The rooms were spacious and clean. The best part about the room was the blackout curtains. Made for a great night sleep after a long day. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was quiet. This was my second time staying there overall I did enjoy my stay.

It's a nice facility. However, there's no roof cover to load and unload. It was raining really bad and I got soaked. The bathroom shower needs work. However, it was an accessible shower that worked great for my wheelchair-bound mother. They also provided a clean shower chair. That was awesome for her.

The breakfast was atrocious. Too bad as this was a business trip and we did not have time to stop for breakfast as we had planned to eat there.
The pancake batter was almost rancid. Straight in the trash it went. The biscuits were gone and what was left, turkey biscuits I would never eat...they looked terrible.
We were in the lobby by 7:30, plenty of time for there to be fresh food out.

The staff was great but the property was not in good shape for a fairly new hotel. Our room had a broken cabinet handle, the shower leaked on both sides onto the floor, the toilet had issues and the back entrance of the hotel had a broken door handle for our last 3 days. The breakfast was ok and we liked the noon checkout time. The pool was not kept up very well. It was pretty dirty. The laundry facilites were very reasonably priced and the gym looked nice.
