The heat /air seemed not to work well. After few it stayed on all the time. Set at 60 ran all night had to turn off so hot in room.

Clean and easy drive to restaurants. Friendly staff. Kitchen staff made me a waffle when the one I attempted to cook was stuck in machine. Thanks for the great service.

It was a wonderful stay I would only have one complaint and that would be the light roast coffee was horrible and to watered down. And no dark roast option during week days.

All dispensers for soap, shampoo, etc. were empty, bathroom was dirty, long hairs all over the shower wall. Elevator broken, no vending machines. You did not disclose pet fees. I way over paid for this and regret choosing a Hilton hotel.

They had a cleaning service in to do the carpets. I had to lift my suitcase over cleaning tubes in the hallway to get out which was a pain. Also the elevator failed to the second floor and I couldn’t get up there so I had to get a room booked on the main floor, which wasn’t exactly what I wanted. The clerks suggested I haul my suitcase up the steps before I said I want a room on the first floor. Keep in mind I’m 70.

Property was filthy, major renovation needs to happen, breakfast poor, front staff rude, cleanliness of room inadequate, toilet stains. I am a Diamond Hilton Award Member this hotel is the worse! Definitely never stay at this hotel!!

Thé stay was good overall, but I was disappointed the fitness center did not have any dumbbells and the breakfast was not like it used to be. Appreciate the nice sleeping accommodations.

Hotel feels (and smells) very old. Room is musty. AC unit stopped working twice (so far) and had to call maintenance once to get it working again. Thermostat on wall... but it doesn't work, have to push buttons on HVAC unit. Hotel needs total refurb to be up to what I expect for a Hampton. The staff have been very friendly though.

The breakfast hours are not posted, and the lady of the breakfast area was not customer service oriented.
My family and I came down to have eat something, the lady mentioned that she cannot supply more eggs, sausage due there were remaining 15 minutes to close the area.
Other than that, I was satisfied with my stay.

The bed was so uncomfortable. Felt like a hard cardboard box.

It was a little hard to find at first but I liked the fact that it was tucked away. Tons of restaurants and shopping choices surrounding the hotel within walking distance or very short drive. The hotel was quiet considering the busy surroundings.

Isiah was especially kind. This hotel was so clean and everyone was friendly. Breakfast was great!

I stayed in an accessible room. It was not in very good shape. Broken blind, no hand soap at the sink (only shower gel in the shower available). Light fixtures wobbly. Room may not have been used recently but it does need to be checked occasionally for shortcomings. Desk attendant could most charitably be described as brusque.

This property seemed VERY dated. Stained carpet in room, worn furniture, everything worn really.

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years and this one was by far the worst one we have ever stayed in. The TV didn't work, the room was dated and filthy as well. We also had barking dogs staying in a room directly across the hall from us that woke us up as the owner had left them in the hotel room and left the hotel. We were not notified at check in that this floor allowed pets and certainly not directly across from the room. We most definitely will not stay at this Hampton Inn ever again.

The bed in room 122 needs to be replace it was so bad we cut the trip short due having back pain. I informed the desk clerk when we check out who had no concerns and didn’t give a response after bringing it to her attention. They the room wasn’t cleaned the clerk that had work on Saturday was very apologetic as well as the laundry personnel but the clerk that worked on Sunday morning had no concerns support not a front desk person

The staff was fairly friendly and the bed was comfortable. A lot of the wood furniture shows a lot of wear and is probably ready for an upgrade but overall not bad.

The overall room was clean, however the toilet was not secured to the ground and wobbled when used. I found it odd that there were no cups in that bathroom so I wound up using my water bottle. Before checking out in the morning I went down and had breakfast, only to come back to my room being torn apart by the cleaning crew. I hadn’t even checked out and felt like they were pushing me out the door. At least wait until the occupants turn in the keys before going into the rooms on the day of departure.

Overall a good experience. The footstool in our room looked like spit up dried on it. The rest of the room appeared pretty clean. The bed was not comfortable but I’m also getting old so hard to really tel who is at fault here. The chairs downstairs in the computer area were covered in stains. I think the place could just use some updating. The pool is very small and outdoors. Check in was easy, staff very pleasant, haven’t had their breakfast yet to know what that’s like. I would stay here again.
