For a 3 star hotel, it needs further improvements, especially in the morning breakast restaurant .Restaurant staff need to refill coffee frequently and ensure it is hot; customers need not have to inform supervisor about it. The morning sun shine into the cafe indoor and outdoor eating area and is hot and glaring. There are curtains and blind and the supervisor need to have initiatives to activate it. Room aircondition was not cold; it needs servicing.
I like to complement the restaurant male cook who can cater specially for me (on my request) 2 half-boiled eggs at every morning breakfast. One male receptionist who can speak english is helpful; he helped me find a private car driver for my own outings.

Resonable price with excellent location, very close to night market. The room is a bit small but lake view, clean and well-maintained.Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, convenient parking car.High recommend.

It is very nice and clean. It’s close to many things. Great value. If it is near Tet, be wary of the festival that may happen right behind the hotel (loud but a lot of fun down at the festival!)

First and foremost, top notch service all around from bellhops to counter staff. We got some great visit tips from a bellhop. The hotel is minutes from the night market and the lake (for an excellent morning run). Rooms have good size however a bit dated. Our room is near the top floor so our bathtub is right next to a slopped roof causing some claustrophobic. Hallways definitely need more lighting and a carpet change. Breakfast has reasonable space with outdoor seatings with lake view. Breakfast choices are excellent with great service. BEST OF ALL, it is situated away from the busy hotel rows, so it is very easy to be picked up by either bus or car, little to no traffic here.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice upgraded room, good breakfast. Two young restaurant staff not so professional one morning.

Best location (1 min walk to thesinh bus station or lake, 5 mins to night market ,15 mins walk to big c)Good services,clean,safe,staff r friendly and helpful.14:00 -18:00 free herbal tea /coffee in the lobby.
PS.some rooms r no windows,highly recommend deluxe lake view room with balcony.

Good location about 10min walk to night market but too noisy at night, even till 1am and start aroynd 4:30am, cant really gwt good sleep as need to open the window, outside tooo noisy. The staff very nice and helpful.

Kings Hotel located in convenience place as about 10min walking to Dalat Night market, but the surrounding is too noisy as many people walking and bus in front of the hotel, the noisy can go till midnight 1am and start from 4:30am, I stayed in Kings Hotel for 4 nights, the first 2 nights are super noisy till we really can't get good sleep. I'm not sure all Dalat hotel facing this problem? But the staff are really nice and helpful. Breakfast above average, bed comfortable, all Dalat hotel no air-conditional, and only give a stand fan with small wind. At night still quite cooling. Overall can accept only too noisy at night.

Checked in quick, staff were very helpful. Nice location, very close to the heart of Dalat. Very happy with room.

Walking distance to night market. Accommodating staffs. We were 30m late to breakfast but staff stay open for us and even offer to cook us eggs.. floor is a bit dirty especially under the bed other than that everything is nice.

Hotel is in the centre of town so easy to look around.
Massage centre attached said massage was 190,000 dong but when I had had it I was charged 280 dong

For a hotel that is only 12 months old it is showing a surprising amount of wear and tear. Breakfast was a little disappointing. I wish Vietnamese hotels would provide traditional coffee. We stayed for 4 nights and bathroom products werent replenished at all. Staff were delightful and location is good. Had a visit to the salon which was excellent and highly recommended.

I think our room was given to someone else. We suppose to have a lake view room and was given an inside room with broken window and the smell was bad. I complaint and they gave us a room with a partial lake view. Very bad experience.....

On the first night of my stay there was without remote control for the tv in the room and the fan was so noisy.On the next morning went to the front deck and inform the staff about the issue but on my return in the evening the issue are not resolve yet.
