Room was clean and well lit. A little disappointed that no handicap amenities were available. An overall average room with few notable issues. One major issue was the recliner in the room. It is on the verge of breaking down completely. The footrest goes up fine, but is nearly impossible to put down while seated in the chair. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The hotel is not a hotel it is a motel. It had paint fans as ac the floor was not clean. I did not feel comfortable walking on it without shoes. I had to sign a waiver for someone possibly breaking into my car and room.

This was just a place to sleep for us on a cross-country trip. The staff was lovely, the room was very clean. There are some interesting people living in this hotel though, which was a little shady but not bad. Lots of conveniences share the parking lot! Fast Food, an apple tree you can eat from, and Elmer's for breakfast. Dog friendly.

Shower temperature was uncontrollable. Room keys didn’t work well. Air conditioner didn’t seem to work and the room smelled

Staff was slow to respond but very nice as a person and helpful. Area was very seedy and felt unsafe. Our room was clean - ish. Our dead bolt didn't work so we jimmied a chair under the handle. Overall it was fine for a fast road stop but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again.

Theresa was absolutely fabulous. She offered to help me find a reasonably priced ride to get to my daughter’s wedding. She helped with local directions as well. Very patient and nice.

Very run down Hotel. Several empty rooms were left open down the hallways that had not been cleaned yet(this was late at night). The hotel looks like it gets little or no maintenance. Door jams, paint and carpet very dirty and out dated. Will not stay again or recommend to others. The price was definitely not worth the stay. Overpriced.

Rundown property. The staff was nice and the beds were fine. You can see where they painted over mold in the bathroom. Waffle bar, bread, yogurt and fruit was just ok. There are many other hotels in the area for just a bit more money.

The front desk agent was very friendly checking us in however the room was not very clean. Dirty socks found in bathroom. Towels were stained, furniture was not wiped clean from previous guests.
Also disappointing to have breakfast over at 9am so we didn’t even get to eat anything as part of the inclusion of the stay. Quite a disappointing stay.

The staff was friendly, but the issue was with the cleanliness. The first thing we noticed was a dirty box spring mattress leaned against the wall in the hallway. Behind the nightstand and in the corners was crumbs and dirt piled up. The towels had stains as well. And there was no elevator. Certainly this was not worth $150 for one night.

A little pricey but did go on the weekend. A lot of dining and shopping around. A laundromat and car wash nearby too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

The room was clean but the air conditioner did not work. The front desk kindly moved us to another room. When we started to move in to the new room. It reaked of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk and said “we can not stay in this room. She kindly got us another room. Unfortunately it was late and we were tired

The hotel itself is a little dated. The rooms are very basic. Three-story building with no elevator in case anyone that said we need neither of one. But of course I could stay on the bottom floor. The place was clean. Service was great. They had a nice little breakfast of fresh waffles, yogurt, bagels and coffee with juices. With juices. Would be nice to have a protein in there. Good place if you want something fairly inexpensive and clean.

Room was very dirty did not look like it had been vacuumed in months. There was an open can of a monster drink half full sitting on the dresser. There was an empty beer bottle under the bed. There were bed bugs in one bed. There were drug deals it appeared going on in the room across from us all night.

Property is less than average. Definitely not worth over $90. All rooms up or down stairs.No elevator. Entry narrow. No landscaping. Poor paving in parking lot. Breakfast minimal. Furnishings cheap. But, for Kootenai Hospital açcess, location is perfect.

I hardly slept at all there. The bed was very uncomfortable. Too soft and old. You can hear everything on the other side of the wall.

This is a good budget hotel. Anyone looking for a nicer place should pay more; this is a good value for the price. Room was decent size, bed good. Bathroom was older, but that's one of the reasons it's cheaper. Breakfast had a bit more fruit than similar places, waffle maker (no cereal, interestingly), other usual fare. Only big downside is that the lobby is locked late at night until 6 or 7am, so during those times you can only leave through the exit only door--and I have no idea how you get back in. Glad I didn't need to find out.
