Beautiful hotel. Seemed like Italy resort of an era Gone by that was hiply updated. My wife was unwell for first day and they were So gracious in getting her Food when she was ready to eat. Genuine hospitality that we remember! Our traveling friends are very well traveled and said it was one of their favorites!

Hotel Villa Fanny is located in a beautifully restored historic building, conveniently located within Cagliari, well maintained and very professionally run by exceptionally friendly staff. We completely loved it!

The property is lovely, staff are friendly. We stayed in a comfort room and was larger than expected. The grounds are lovely to chill in after a full day exploring

Wonderful staff who went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we wanted. Super location for the main attractions with free on street parking readily available. Wide choice of food at breakfast. Suprised that an establishment of this outstanding quality did not provide fresh juices in the morning.

Hotel was fabulous and very one off design, we were in the Fanny suite which was on 2 levels. The ground floor had a mood shower/ steam room that we could not get to work and had no time to be calling reception to get it working- but bed was comfortable upstairs- ground floor was a small double sofa bed which took up much of the space when opened up . We deducted a star as the breakfast staff were late and there were 4 tables of guests waiting for breakfast but nobody to take orders for drinks which was u fortunate as we had a midmorning flight and needed to get away - maybe removing the room charge from the bill would have been a nice touch as a gesture to resolve this ? Still would return but would book different room

The whole experience at Hotel Villa Fanny was exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and helped us with anything we could possibly need. The facilities and hotel grounds were beautiful and well presented and we couldn’t reccomend this hotel more!

A lovely, not so big hotel with a nice Garden in a quiet environment. Its a 7 minutes walk to the city.anf only 3 minutes from the Botanical Garden. Very helpful, friendly people.

A very nice, clean, cozy, and quiet hotel. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very good breakfast. The staff were absolutely fantastic. There is absolutely nothing that could be better, just perfect.

Absolutely gorgeous experience. Posh and chic hotel which is elegantly decorated and well located near town centre. I had a perfect stay on a very comfortable bed in a quiet room. Breakfast buffet is simple and nutritious. Staff are highly professional, I appreciate the excellent service from Simone and Federica at the reception, and Alberto at the restaurant who recommended me a nice dessert wine to pair with the ham and cheese platter. Everything is perfect and makes me want to come back again. Would recommend to all.

I have stayed at many properties as I travel for a living, but this property is unique and so welcoming!! The Jr Suite I was given was unlike any I have stayed in. Impeccable Jewel of a property!!! Thank you for your warm welcome Villa Fanny and I rank this as a 10/10 !!!

The property was comfortable, immaculate, clean, beautiful and everything i could have asked for. We had a fab time and the gardens were stunning and breakfast was delicious. Simone at reception was so helpful and a real delight!

A very quiet oasis away from the traffic and noise of Cagliari but within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The room was large and well equipped with a very comfortable bed. Staff are very welcoming and efficient. The hotel does not offer any meals apart from a continental breakfast.

Villa Fanny is one of the best property we stayed for the last 3 weeks . The decor , the space , the cleanliness, the staff - the best . These are the reasons to come back in this hotel when coming to Cagliari. Also , during our stay , we are able to watch a tribute to Laudovico enaudi, a famous pianist in the property , free access for the hotel guest . That’s is unimaginable and one of the best events we had during our stay
