Room was very clean. The kitchen was fantastic. The bed was a little too soft for our liking but otherwise everything was good.

We loved the hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was more like a full breakfast and great. We will definitely return.

Very place to relax after long trip

The staff was very helpful. My best friend was sick when we arrived. I took her to the ER 2 days later and found out she had a heart attack.so she was in the hospital and then transferred to Portland Maine hospital to have a stent put in. She couldn't travel, so her son is taking care of her till she can safely travel. I spent most of the time at the hospital with her. We will have to come back and check out Maine again someday.

We stay here often! Great for business or just a night away as a couple! The kitchen is so great to have, don’t need to use paper plates etc. all around we really enjoy our stay here!

Design and feel felt like a boutique hotel but with so much more space. Couldn’t believe it was an off the highway hotel. Amazing breakfast with gluten free if you ask.

The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at by a long shot. The cleaners were scrubbing any empty rooms top to bottom 24/7. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. The facility has everything and more than what we needed. The room was so spacious and beautiful. The pool was really warm and great for kids. The free hot breakfast is an added bonus. We would recommend this place to anyone and are looking forward to our stay here again in a week.

The lobby was clean and staff was friendly. However the floors of the room were very sticky and disgusting. I asked the house keeper to clean the floors and she sprayed a liquid and quickly mopped it without water. The floors remained dirty. The comforter was yellow of how dirty it was. I rate it a 1 out of 5 in cleanliness.

Great room size and amenities, easy access to Interstate, pleasant staff, comfy beds. My only complaint was the room did not smell clean when we arrived...it looked clean, but smelled like dirty laundry. Bumping down the AC helped with the smell, but left me wondering how clean the carpet really was...

Our room was simply huge! It had everything you'd want in a room. It felt roomy and spacious, and was extremely clean and new looking. The breakfasts were good, and the Wednesday night reception had all kinds of food at it. The shower was giant. The pool was very nicely heated, and the room was very nicely ACed even though we stayed there during one of Maine's worst heat waves ever. We'll be back!

The women on duty when we checked in was great, friendly, informative. None of the desk staff was at all friendly, acted like we were an inconvenience. The brunch food was not edible, rubbery eggs, undrinkable coffee, etc. also the staff working the brunch looked homeless, ill fitting, unmatched clothing, not conducive to food service.

We did a mini family staycation with our 5 adult children and grandchildren. We had 5 rooms, and everything was great for the money. The front desk was the most helpful.

We will absolutely stay here again! The check in was easy and the gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. Our room was impeccably clean. The pool area was well kept and the water was perfectly warm. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with lots of options. There are several great dining locations within a few minute drive so we were able to find something for the 5 of us in our party. All in all, one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had!

It's the simple things really! When we arrived at 4:30pm, our room wasn't ready...sink clogged. Give us 30 minutes. Two hours later, room wasn't ready. Gave my family TWO rooms for price of one. Nice recovery!!! At 7:30, went to lobby for quiet and coffee. Coffee in "butlers" was old and cold. 2 staff people in the lobby talking. Kids in next room banged around until after 10:30, dog barking across the hall....ugh!!! I have stayed here numerous times and have not had this experience. Hope it was an anomaly!!!

75$ pet fee when you don’t have power is ridiculous. Hampton Inn waived the pet fee due to only traveling due to power outage. Their pet fee was also only $50 for 2 dogs. Our room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The bedding had stains everywhere the carpet had been replaced at some point. The strip holding it down had screws sticking out and my son got caught on them twice. The room is very large which is nice but there is only 1 tv. It doesn’t even turn to face the beds because it was put in a terrible spot. The breakfast attendant was so loud and acting like everyone was in her way. Kept asking people to move so loudly. We stayed here a couple years ago due to power outage and it was much nicer property it has gone down hill tremendously.
