I had a 6-night stay for work. Room was always clean and everything worked. My shower stall sliding door was a little balky when trying to open or close. That was the only complaint.1

Construction was going on when we arrived. The cable did not work, but a staff member came up immediately and fixed it. There was also hair in the bathroom, but overall it wasn't a bad stay.

The property is renovating and we had a room that was recently completed. The room was very clean and looked brand new. Property is kept up nicely and entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Room had been used and abused. Had to have maintenance come and fix multiple issues. Bedding was clean, but bathroom was dirty--socks quickly went from white to black when walking on the floor.

We enjoy staying at this location but we were hoping to use the pool this weekend. It did not open until Sunday.

Had an issue when we got there. Reservations showed something different. But the lady at the front desk helped us and fixed everything. She was very nice and helpful. Property was nice and clean. Pool unfortunately was not open yet. Breakfast was very good. We will be back next year.

The shower is great, with top shelf brands of bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, mounted on the shower wall; a very nice idea.
Nice refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, with Green Mountain coffee pods, both regular and decaf, and the same for the supplies tea bags.
Friendly staff, with several "Merry Christmas" greetings when we would meet in the lobby or hallways.
Nice, firm bed, very comfortable with great smooth and clean bed linens.
I'd not hesitate to stay again.

I reserved a wheelchair access with walk-in shower. I got a standard double queen room. The door couldn't possibly be operated by a wheel chair bound person. I arrived at 3 pm and they said their wheelchair access room was occupied. It's bait and switch.

Our front desk lady, when we first checked in one day (one) was amazing she needs a raise.. even when we got back from our visit with friends she said welcome back guys, very sweet went out out her way for us on our stay she is a keeper… I just wish I could have remembered her name. Breakfast was perfect 10/10

Everything was great except the noise. Clean and Friendly the staff very friendly and helpful. The noise from the other rooms and hallway was very loud.

Stay was great. Property was very well kept. Only complaint was the A/C unit was kind of loud so we had to adjust the temperature to not disturb our sleep.

I received exceptional service from planning to checkout for my guests for my daughter's wedding weekend. Laverne at the beginning getting all of us rooms on the same floor and organizing all my multiple reservations and the Ashley (I hope that's her name) for getting us all checked in and taking care of us during our stay. Excellent service and stay

There is pink mold in the corners of the shower and funky stains that look like dried pasta sauce on the carpet. Overall it was a good stay.
