The staff, all of them, were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great for anyone who is able to walk a short distance. There are several wonderful restaurants in a short walking distance.

I chose this hotel specifically because it stated it had a restaurant because I can't walk long distances. The restaurant in more of a snack bar very limited meals and they didn't have everything that was listed. But the staff were very sweet and tried to meet my needs. I also paid extra for what I thought was a buffet breakfast but that wasn't the case. Again, my choices were limited but the staff very professional, friendly, and flexible.

the room didn’t have the travel toothpaste already in the room, I had to go down stairs to desk and get some. I think it needs to be included in the room with the many lotions for folks like me that run off and forget their toothpaste.

Gangsters. They have charged twice for my booking and we are really struggling to get the money back. Unresponsive and unethical. Avoid this hotel

Staff were amazing.

Interesting- rooms were thin walls. You could hear a lot of what was going on in hallway and tv from other room.

The staff you have at this location are awesome! Everyone was welcoming and helpful in any way they could.

It seemed that the computer system wasn't always working well. Some confusion with reservations, not only ourselves but another family friend had issues regarding finding their reservation.

I didn't like that my room was changed when I got here. My husband and I was moved from our KING ROOM to a double Queen room, at the same rate. I was not informed of this info, until I checked in my room... Unsatisfied with that service, won't be coming back.
