I really enjoyed my stay at Villa Medicis and would visit again. I just wish they brought new towels and paper towel to the room more frequently.

The room is so bad !! The room is a disaster once you get to the reception it looks nice downstairs because it is a Senior Residence where they rent apartments there, the apartments are very bad. It is not so clean and has very low comfort, the beds are very small and very uncomfortable and the aplaiser, most of them do not work.

I was lucky that, i could get this hotel on my dates of travelling. Initially i was hesitant about the property , however after reaching all my doubts were vanished. Its an excellent property at excellent location with full fledge kitch facility, where in you can find utensils as well. Staff is very friendly and always extend help. I thank Mr. Michel for all the help during my Stay in this Vila. Further, i did not feel i was away from my home, due to ambience and the people around here.

We were looking for an affordable multi-night stay just outside of Paris and found Villa Medicis Puteaux. We were delighted that it was an efficiency apartment inside a quiet retirement home. It offered the typical comfort of a European hotel - full-size (not queen) bed, clean bathroom with shower - plus a kitchenette, dining area, and small sofa. A Franprix grocery store is directly across the street and offers everything to stock the kitchenette. For transportation, the bus stop across the street was 10 minutes to La Defense transit center for quick and easy connection to all the top sights in Paris. The staff was friendly and helpful, too.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was more than accommodating to us. The area is beautiful and the local bistros were delightful. We were allowed to check in after midnight as our flight was delayed. All we had to do was call and ask. Most of the front desk staff spoke English and the one who didn’t worked with us on our translator app until we both understood each other.

break fast arrangement was very bad. we had to go out to have break fast.

The area was very safe and quiet. We walked from La Defence train station pretty late in the night. Front desk is very nice and helpful although some people don't know english very well. Consider the cost/time needed to travel to Paris city when comparing hotels. It requires 4.20 Euro per person to reach paris city or walk 25 mins and 2.10 euros. Bath needs shower curtain, kids made the whole bathroom floor wet. Toilet seat is on higher side, not comfortable, I had to tiptoe and I'm 5'8". Overall, pretty happy with the stay.

Senior center that rents extra rooms. Good location for family stay. Great local neighborhood with grocery store and park.

The apartment is bright, spacious, and clean. All staff at the 24hours reception desk are friendly and extremely helpful. We were able to leave our luggage for free when we checked in early and again when we checked out early (at 10 am so we could go into Paris for the rest of the day). The apartment is within walking distance to trains going into Paris or Versailles!!!

The heating was not functioning in the rooms! We had to depart after some struggle with the staff, who are poor in English.

Great property even if it was a bit far away from La Défense RER station. The appartement was very clean and spacious. Awesome terrace with sound of cascade near by. I will come back.

Lovely apartment in beautifully maintained building with lovely grounds. Quiet and comfortable. Perfect base if going to event at la Defense Arena. Would stay again . Supermarket just across road , and easy walking distance from the station

It was a nice experience staying , recommend for small family . The reception guys were really helpful for advising on the local transports. we requested for room cleaning and that was done.Travelling into Paris is through La Defense station, which is small bus journey .

Room was ok but beds uncomfortable. My nephew got bed bugs in the crib. Air conditioner was not working; we flagged it 2 days in a row and staff said they sent someone but nothing was done. Bathroom was remodeled but Ill conceived, every shower was creating a flood in the washroom, we had to block using the towels. Garage was a pain to open and close: instead of giving us a code, we had to call every time; to enter the garage, you actually have to get out of the car, walk over to the polycom and ring. Once, we rang for 10 minutes and no one would answer. We had to drive backwards in order not to block the way, go upstairs and ask front desk to let us out. Staff was either nice and clueless, or simply rude. Some would not even let us finish our sentence before they assumed what the issue was. We speak fluent french. This is a house for the elderly and empty rooms are rented out to tourists. In theory this makes sense, the location is great, the local is well maintained and remodeled, but good intentions are not enough. This residence needs tighter management and a more customer-focuses approach if they wish to continue renting out to tourists.

The hotel is a little ways from the bustle of Paris, but public transport is close by. It’s located in a nice neighborhood and the room was nice. Really the only drawback was that we were charged to use their parking which was really the only option. Overall, a nice place.

Good location, but had trouble finding it. Grocery store and market basically on property. Easy access to bus for trains and trams. Staff very helpful and friendly. Extra linen was soiled, staff corrected Immediately. Overall good stay. Would return.
