The staff was excellent, courteous and respectful. Breakfast was also a great deal. Highly recommend this Hotel next time you’re in Presque Isle, Maine.

The motel is in poor state of repair. There was large bags of trash in the stairwell. There was a ladder at the front of the building leaning against the roof and tied off at the bottom to a 4 wheeler with a flat tire. This place was substandard.

We stayed here two nights while visiting the area. The staff was friendly, efficient and very willing to solve a problem with the television in the room. The free breakfast was way better than we expected, with a lot of variety. It was clean, quiet and the room rate was very reasonable. We'll stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel for the last couple of years. It has always been clean with friendly staff. For the price that includes breakfast I can’t complain. Not have I had a reason to complain.

Unfortunately This hotel was probably one of the worst I’ve stayed at in the state of Maine

Our room was small, but very clean. But the rest of the facility needs a lot of work. To be fair, there was construction-renovations going on, so my guess is that they’re upgrading to bring everything up to a higher standard. The vending machines were ALL out of order, so I had to go into town for snacks and drinks.
The complimentary breakfast was pretty good.
I thought it was too expensive ($174 a night ) for the size of the room and aforementioned upkeep issues. Ownership has changed since my last stay there several years ago. But I’d probably stay there again, if I come back to Presque Isle.

The renovations were decent. Unfortunately, the surroundings seemed pretty sketchy. And clearly someone I believe in the room below or beside is was smoking pot and it filled our room.

The bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed, but that was the best part. The bathroom was old and outdated, the parking area and surrounding property was scetchy and un-kept. The free breakfast was the worst I have had and I travel a lot. The frozen omelets were like rubber, the pancake machine was not working and the overall selection was horrible!

The front desk staff was never at the front desk. Never. When you rang for them they came out, very annoyed.

The staff was super! They were friendly and accommodating as we showed up early. The only thing I would recommend is to change the coffee, it was terrible.

The room was clean. The building dated but location was good. The continental breakfast was not good at all. Half and half was rancid. I tried 2 cups of coffee before someone told me that it was bad. Pancake maker did not work and there was minimal food available. They did not restock. I would probably not stay here again for the price I paid for our room.

Mid grade property overall. Room had bathroom doorknob falling apart, cable not connected to TV, chipped door and paint here and there. Looks like an older property that has had some renovations.

Needed a last minute place to stay for my father’s funeral. The hotel is very dated and not clean. The front office staff wasn’t the friendliest and felt like it was more their entire family’s home versus an actual hotel. To point, one of the nights there were gentlemen cooking curry in one of the rooms across from me….and there was no kitchen. Pass on this place and pay the extra for the Hampton Inn on the other side of town….you’ll thank me later.

Facility needs updating. Bathrooms are way too small. All the landscaping plants were dead. Staff needs extensive training on the operating systems. They took forever to try to figure something out. No one spoke good English, they were hard to understand when they spoke.

Room was very clean and service was very kind. I was very inpresses with the place. The hand written note left by house keeping was so very nice to see most places have printed cards but hand written note was way more personal and made me feel like i was more then just another person staying no big deal.

Rooms were well kept however the bathroom was extremely tiny. Couldn’t turn without hitting a wall in any direction. Was very difficult to even attempt getting dressed modestly. The worst part was the Air conditioner, never functioned properly making the room stale and warm. Had to leave early due to a family emergency so we lost a day.

Our room was not clean. The fridge contained the last occupant's food and the toilet had not been sufficiently cleaned. The staff emptied the fridge, but said it was paint in the toilet and didn't offer to clean it. It wasn't paint. We bought bleach and cleaned it ourselves. We appreciated having a fridge and microwave. Our room was also noisy on both sides and especially from the floor above.

My booking was for 3.18 and my sister unexpectedly passed away in a tragic accident on 3.17. I called to cancel my booking and get a refund as I could not go on vacation under these circumstances … I was told I was too late to cancel. My money was not refunded. And I would be considered a no show on my booking

Got there and had a very difficult time communicating with front desk person. Got in room it smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room. Dished in dishwasher dirty with stuck on food.

The stay was good. Thier was complimentary breakfast in the morning. And the stay was reasonably priced. Room was clean and they allowed pets. Would stay here again.

Everything was great except we didn't feel welcomed in. The hostess didn't seem to speak much English or know social expectations for this area. Any time we talked to her it was very short conversations. People from this area are overly friendly and like to talk and be personable to each guest with big smiles. I feel like there was a cultural block. That's my only piece of criticism. Everything was perfect especially breakfast!!! Will for sure be staying again soon. I found it to be super that we seen children quietly playing in the hallway. There's a lot of kids nowadays that are causing issues/trouble but not these kids! Need more kids like that with manners! Loved our stay for sure!
