The heater didn’t work, just blew cold air loudly. It was 10 below outside so once we were ready for bed and we discovered that, neither of us felt compelled to get dressed and walk all the way to the front desk to try to get it sorted at midnight. Don’t even know if anyone was there. Slept in our jackets to keep warm

WORST experience EVER. 1st Billing we were billed an amount and handed a receipt for considerably less when questioned they don't refund sorry that's what you paid us 2nd floors are disgustingly dirty carpet hasn't been vacuumed in a while 3rd asked for extra pillows were told they found 1 that's it sorry 4th upon getting to the room the hand written code they gave us did not work had to walk back and forth to the front desk 4 times to finally get in almost late for our niece's wedding 5th rushed getting ready realized 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth that's all that was in the bathroom 6th bed was broken woke up at 330 in the morning and both of us could barely walk 7th when we went to bed looked up and a hole in the ceiling 8th trash, empty beer bottles, etc at the entrance we were told to use 9th went to check out at 630 in the morning and a number on the glass stating call for assistance doors locked 10th LET GUEST KNOW THE TRUTH THAT WHEN YOU ARE ASKED A DIRECT QUESTION, ARE THERE PEOPLE LIVING HERE TELL THE TRUTH ie plants in room windows, portable AC units hanging out them, multiple doors propped open, smoke smell in the hallway, even a cat in the window. I was born and raised in Presque Isle multiple people would remember Keddys Motor Inn very nice hotel. It is not the same they have ruined it.

Cigarettes butts and trash everywhere.. yucky looking carpet..room was ok I guess. People also live there.

Didnt end up staying cuz there was hair in the sheets..was told housekeeping wasnt doing laundry

I was disappointed in the place for the price…had to go to another room after it was found out the original room wasn’t supposed to be used because of a broken shower faucet. Once moved into the other room, had to get a different tv remote since it wasn’t the correct one for that room and after I got that the tv never worked. I realize it’s in the process of being fixed up and such, but some things should be good to go. Plus the room didn’t have any soap or shampoo. Prices should go down before things are fully ready to go full board ahead.

The visit was: in dire repair around the outside of the hotel. Also no adult was at the front desk when I tried to get a receipt; the front door was locked!!!

Old building, but seems like they’re updating the place. They have local art on display and for sale. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Right across from UMPI campus.
