I booked literally while walking to the hotel due a conflict at my fathers hotel. The entire hotel was renovated and beautiful. Rooms were clean, well kept and mordern. The deck overlooking the boards was fantastic with updated decking. Rockers, tables and comfortable cushioned seats as well. Staff was great and office was staffed 24 hours to attend to guest needs. Did i mention the hotel was pet friendly? As a dog lover it was great to see the pups. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Only negatives were lack of a coffee pot in room and light access. The hotel had great updated shades as well as darkening curtains but due to lights essentially outside the room it was disorienting when waking up and seeing light around window and thinking it morning.

We have stayed here before and loved it but this time, parking was not available when we arrived Friday evening. My husband needed to park on the street and had to pay hourly - and it continued to the next morning until a space became available. We also had to pay to park at the Hotel the next day - $20. And...they debited my account two days before we even arrived at the hotel to check-in. It is a very clean hotel - but unfortunately, we will not be staying here again.

We had a nice time, room was very nice, hotel was clean. Hotel is located directly on boardwalk so it maybe loud in the summer time.

We were greeted very kindly at check in. The staff was great and they had water and lemonade in the lobby--which was nice after a long ride. We were given our keys and parking pass and a very nice guest bag. Parking was easy. The hotel sits right on the boardwalk, so it is really convenient if you want to walk the boards. The room was really clean and updated and the beds were comfy. The only issue that we had was that the hotel is pet friendly--which is nice for pet owners, but the pups next door were quite vocal in the early morning. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Through my head needed some upgrades. One bed was right on top of the air conditioning unit so you couldn’t sleep comfortably. Most of the USB ports were non-functional and they will not a lot of plugs available. The shower was the size of that for a child.

We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and the room was perfect for us! The location could not be better and we would happily stay again!

We were really excited to stay here. The location is great but the staff at the desk were rude. The table in our room was dirty when we walked in, the bathroom door was not closing properly and there was a gap on the bottom of our door with it rotting. Overall the location right on the boardwalk was the best part of this stay.

The only complaint is that there is limited parking and even if there is a space available you have to pay for it. There is no other hotel I know of in Wildwood where you have to pay for your parking space. It would also be nice if the pool was heated. Other than those two things the place was beautiful, clean and fairly quiet with a very nice seating area

this was the worst stay i ever stayed at the bathroom was so small it was unreal, the front door barley locked, i was put on the 3rd floor when there was plenty of room down below, the owner was extremely rude there a $200 damage fee i found out he scams people out of, plus $20 a vehicle fee and there was no promise of parking even if i did pay the money, i will never ever stay here again. the ac didnt work right it was a horrible experience

It is great oceanfront hotel with a nice balcony giving a nice view of the beach. It provides a daily room service.

Really enjoyed our stay! Wonderful staff and very clean rooms. The only negative I would say is the extra $20 for parking & stairs going up to the rooms when you have a lot of luggage & a family. There was also an additional fee for my dog $75 which was not very clearly stated prior to bookIng.

Check in check out was a breeze.Your staff at the front were amazing.Extremely helpfull If there were 10 stars I would give them.You could't ask for anything they were on top for everything.

Besides paying for parking over all good stay

Location a 10/10, everything else 1 star. Per the other reviews, the overwhelming disappointment that would make anyone see red is the parking. Per this listing it says “ parking available”, “ covered parking”, and “ limited, max 1 spot per unit”. To anyone you would assume that max one car per unit would mean there is one spot per unit, you would be sadly mistaken. Instead they hang their hat on the fact that it says “ limited” which makes them think they are not lying to their customers, where in fact they are. There is no guaranteed parking. My husband and I were there for 2 nights, and didn’t have parking til the second day. We were put on a waitlist and when they called the say a spot opened up I had 20 minutes to come to the desk to claim it. What if I was on the beach, or at breakfast and couldn’t get there fast enough! That time needs to be a lot longer. I had to spend 150 a day on street parking!!! Unbelievable - and may I add that parking on the street is also incredibly difficult to find. Rooms are very noisy, only 2 outlets in the whole room, rooms are tiny, pool much smaller than it looks, and rude front desk staff. As noted above, the location is impeccable. Truly would not recommend unless, location beats the enormous hour parking cost, deceitfulness, and the huge inconvenience. I highly suggest that the owner of this company adjusts their verbiage on parking. I think Expedia should look at making sure the property is reflected accurately.

Motel was clean, location was great. Biggest issue was parking - it should be noted on Orbitz that you have to pay $20/night for parking, that is if they have a spot available, if not you have to find parking elsewhere. Pool was much smaller than it appears on the website.

Perfect stay with kids!

Marked our overall experience as excellent. The only gripes we did have were there weren’t a lot of wall outlets for charging our phones. The second would be the doors were aways a struggle to open, even when the light turned green for open with the room key. We noticed others had the same issue. Other than that, we were very pleased with the hotel in general :)

My stay was outstanding from the staff to the room

The parking at the property is not included in price and it is on a first come first serve basis. We asked to be placed on the waitlist while we parked down the street for $40 no one told us when a spot opened up and there were several spots open. At 4am and when we left at 8am. The staff gives attitude and they do not care at all. Our one night getaway was a waste.

Our stay here was just ok. The room was a lot smaller than shown in pictures and was not as clean as it could have been. There was still sand and dirt on the floors and hair in the shower from the previous renters. Also having to pay for parking daily while staying there is a big inconvenience.

Everything was great except I wasn’t aware of a $200 hold on my card ( would have appreciated knowing this in advance). WiFi was very weak and the smart tv never worked.
