Lovely guy at reception Mustafa, really helped me out on my first visit to Turkey. On the downside I asked for a quiet room and mine was right next to the road so traffic noise all day and night - but maybe there was nothing better. Sometimes the door key wouldn't work, frustrating.

For the price I paid I really shouldn’t complain however the room we stayed in the bathroom was visibly filthy!! We had to run to Migros and buy cleaning products so I can scrub the bathroom. I have got before and after photos but I cannot post for some reason. I will post the photos on my Google review. As I said for the price I cannot complain however I just wish it was cleaned properly.

I absolutely love this hotel. Every time I visit Turkey, I make sure to stay at this hotel. I feel completely comfortable and safe here. I also love the hospitality I receive every time, very welcoming. I never have any complaints about my stay here.

There was not enough towels, water or glasses at the property. There is refurbishment going on outside the building so lots of dust. Staff was helpful and thats the only reason for 3 stars, otherwise it would have been lower.

This is a very good hotel and has the feel of a much more expensive establishment. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the rooms were quiet, spotless and well appointed. Consider booking a double even if you are a single as the price is the same and the doubles are significantly larger. The wifi signal was good and breakfast was plentiful without reaching great heights. A taxi from the bus station will cost around 25 TL and it is a 25 minute stroll to the centre of town. There is a large shopping mall just around the corner.

I arrived close to midnight on an electric motorcycle. The staff could not have been more helpful. They provided charging facilities for my bike. The room (not booked in advance) was spacious, clean, comfortable and well priced.
