The lady at the front desk at check in was really nice and helpful.

Hair dryer almost caught on fire, filled the bathroom with smoke!
When reserving it said breakfast included, it was not! Way to high priced!

Everything was great and as expected except for the elevators. We were located on the 4th floor and the carpet in the elevators were really soiled. They attempted to cover the dirty smell with carpet fake smelling powder refresher which made it so much worse. You’re trapped in there and trying to not breathe. They really need to remove the carpet and replace with a hard surface.

Very clean and comfortable. Dinner was excellent. Pet fee $25 and no quiet. Excellent insulation.

This is a great hotel, and the accessible rooms are comfortable, clean, roomy, and also the best thing is that the beds are at the right height. At other hotels, the bed heights vary. HGI is consistent.

Clean room, Good breakfast, Easy check in and out. The only thing I would like to suggest them to improve is that the room I reserved is supposed to equip with a bathtub in the bathroom which posted on hotel.com. Obviously It doesn't.

It was and is wonderful untill ya wanna eat,thats where they don't pay enough people to work compared to how many tendency.....Kinda messes up when they dont have 2 of your entries no longer available on a Friday night,and cant eat a $100 meal before surgery.

The hotel was clean and nice. The shuttle driver at night was super friendly.

Clean, comfortable room with king bed. Nice view. We included breakfast which was good. The staff were excellent from chech in to breakfast to check out. Good sleep. Only issue was the poor performance of the free internet. I’m a Hilton honors member, however I booked on Expedia so the check in person wouldn’t add my number and I got the basic internet.

The check in process & staff were all courteous & friendly. The only thing was that the walls were thin & you could hear other guests. Otherwise it was great.
