Brilliant location for everything including the lake, old town and shopping. Very polite staff and nicely decorated.

Everything was lovely. We loved our room and all the accessories. The only inconvenience we had was that the ac was not turned on because it wasn’t cool enough outside. However, our window was very sunny and the room warmed up considerably during the day and took quite a while to cool down. We generally leave early and go back to the room for a few hours before having a late dinner. It was uncomfortable.

It was impressive that the staff man was very friendly. The lake was very close, so it was good to jog in the morning. The building is quite old, but it feels luxurious. I recommend it because the price is reasonable.

Great stay in this clean and perfectly sited hotel with a wonderful lake view.. spacious quiet well double glazed room.. excellent breakfast facilities with a huge choice..really enjoyed our stay..

The staff were so lovely and helpful, room was sound proof and curtains black out, had a great sleep and right in the middle of town. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

The front desk staff was so kind and accommodating. The location of the hotel is perfect. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Annecy. When I was there, the lobby was under renovation, and the staff handled it beautifully. My room was very recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable. And the bathroom was a generous size for Europe. My room had everything I could possibly need including a great view. I will definitely be back.
