The check in clerk was very nice and efficient. The main issue was the comforter cover on the bed needed washing. Sheets were clean. Hotel is located on a quiet street. Breakfast was good and well presented.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas North - Addison is by far one of the best hotels!! I came in town for the Cowboys/Saints game over the weekend, and this hotel met all of my expectations. I always book a room at this hotel whenever I’m in town. I didn’t mind making that drive to Arlington, from Addison. I knew that I would be staying at a luxurious hotel. Ms. Trish is a jewel, and this hotel is VERY blessed to have her as an employee. She goes the extra mile to make every guest feel welcome and appreciated. I give the housekeeping staff and groundsmen two thumbs up. They do an AMAZING job maintaining the upkeep of this hotel. The room interior, as well as the exterior area is VERY clean. This hotel is located near many eateries and shopping attractions. Even with all of the attractions, it’s still a very safe and quiet hotel. The halls and exterior are well lit. The complimentary breakfast is DELICIOUS. There’s a wide variety of delectable foods to choose from. It’s always hot and fresh. I just love the modern feel of this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m already planning my next stay there. It’s ABSOLUTELY the best!!!!

Everyone was nice, clean property, cleaning service came daily, and the breakfast options were good.

Check in was easy and the hotel was pretty nice. It’s within walking distance to many food places and the comedy club.

It was one of the nicest Holiday Inns I’ve been to. It’s quiet, clean, staff are nice, breakfast was great, plenty of free parking. There was nothing to really complain about. Solo traveler here and I had no issues or concerns about security or safety. Highly recommend!

The room had a foul smell! The room was dirty! The hotel was dirty! The front desk was very helpful in canceling our reservation and issuing a refund.

Room description was not complete. Bathroom tile was busted up. Check in clerk was not friendly at all and didn't tell us how to get to our room and when I asked a question he seemed slightly irritated.

Had a 3 day stay for business. Nice breakfast, clean rooms, great restaurant choices in the area. The cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating. The other hotel staff seemed a bit cold and matter of fact but still attentive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Both front desk clerks for very polite and very professional. Thry made an immediate change to my room without hesitation. I enjoyed my stay for the reggae festival.

The hotel is good overall. I'd issue with WiFi. I then talked to the staff. They tried to resolve but couldn't. So on my request, they partly refunded as well.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had better service than the higher dollar hotels in the area. It's in a very convenient location where almost everything is about a 10 minute or less drive away and even then there are plenty of places you can just walk to behind the hotel itself. Will be staying again if I ever make a trip back to Dallas! Thank you again for an awesome stay!
