Really good!

For the price we paid it was good. Pleasant staff, good breakfast. Room a bit dated but it was clean

This hotel has a great location, stores and restaurants are close by. Staff was friendly, clean rooms, great amenities. Only issue I encountered was the wifi connection (since I work remotely), but it was fixed the next day. I would stay there again.

Ive been here about 2 weeks. Paloma is very respectful and sweet. The kitchen staff are great! I wish you had a better discount for people who stay more than a week like myself! I would stay longer if you gave me a better discount because i actually love it here! The only thing is that the wifi goes in and out. And sometimes the water smells like chlorine but i can work around that. Oh i wish you hand more than one laundry room. And the maintenance men are awesome as well!

It wasn’t good whatsoever. There was roaches. The toilet u had 2 keep filling up with the ice bucket picture. Or it wouldn’t flush. None of the staff spoke English. We cleaned our own rooms.

Clean, parking, staff and good prices

reaked of weed in rooms and parking lot. breakfast area was tiny and loud. too small for the amount of people in it. Found a dead cockroach about 4"total length dead next to our toilet. Management did come and get it and ask if we wanted to switch room but by then I had searched everything so I said no. Hotels.com gave us some of our points back we used for the stay. dirty parking lot. no frills. scratchy towels. beds were decent. Rained hard when we were there. Water is not diverted very well. you have to walk through streams of run off from the roof to get around outside. lady at the front appeared to lazy to get up to great people from behind her computer. couldn't even see her face and she mummbeled, could barely hear her. Manager did follow up in the am though. Had to prop the mess of extention cords up on our suitcase to get the tv to stay working. outlet covers missing on outlets. huge gap around the door to outside. AC was very loud and stressed. room stayed at about 75 all night. couldnt adjust settings

It's clean

Can you imagine the desk clerk told me in a rude tone of voice: Hey I will give you the deposit but the room smells weird. And I just answered her like this : Marihuana! Oh yes The entire hotel smells, and that room , the next room everything there smells. And she gonna have the guts to treat me like that. Dont be hipocrte. Never again in that hotel , No because of the smells but her actitud. That no nice at all And the way she told me . Even if you are right. You do not treat a customer like that . And not I did not smoke in the room. I know how to read The hotel is not bad for the price .

They had torn curtains. The counters to the sink were dirty. Very dusty and linens were just not clean. They had spots on them. The ironing board was funky. Breakfast was okay. Mediocre at best

I’ve enjoyed my stay the free breakfast was delicious & plentiful. The only thing I didn’t like was that they don’t want the guests to take their breakfast to their rooms. However still 5 star

The breakfast was not the greatest. Was expecting more of a variety.
