Clean and new hotel. Breakfast was great.

There were weeds completely surrounding the property. The lobby seemed up to date, clean. Employee at desk was not knowledgeable about any restaurants, pointed me to a map. Room was ok at first glance; hot afternoon, turned AC, noticed not cooling because the window was open? The bathroom was dirty in shower, black around edges, the toilet seat was so old that paint was worn off. The door paint was entirely flaked off three inches from bottom. The inside door of the room entry was missing chips of paint at bottom. Breakfast was terrible, coffee was out except for decaf. I saw an employee and asked if she could get more coffee, she gestured that she would, but she was doing something. Another customer, who was trying to check out asked her if someone else could help him as he was a truck driver and needed to get on the road. She just stated she was trying. I returned 30 minutes later to get coffee, another couple I met in elevator were standing at coffee bar. I stepped up, the wife told me, it’s terrible, just colored water. Her husband complained, so no coffee again. I got some scrambled eggs and a bagel. Went back to room, husband went down to his breakfast, brought back some coffee. It was coffee, but it terrible. Not sure if it was the brand or the employee not knowing how to make it. I have never stayed in any hotel this bad, and I won’t stay at a La Quinta again based on this property. This brand has always been one of my favorites.

The hot tube was grease, bad maintenance, pool walls dirty, the manager need walk in rooms frequently to check every detail, dirty walls and repair details on doors, need more supervision, before its too late.

Good room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, a very good selection. The gal that worked it was on point. She did a great job.

Order and paid for two hotel rooms and reservation was for only one. Hotel said this is Hotels.com fault and had to buy another room again.

As grandparents, we love value for our money -- and LaQuinta never disappoints. The breakfast was lovely, and this facility was convenient to downtown Durango as well as the campgrounds where our two daughters were camping with their families. We had so much fun with them all day and around the campfire, and then retreated to the marvelous comfort and peace of a wonderful hotel. And, a shout-out to all the warm, welcoming, charming staff.

Clean room and great location. For the price though, I would have thought it would be more luxurious and have a bigger breakfast spread. Otherwise it was a friendly staff and no issues. Pet friendly was a big plus.

Rooms were dirty and seemed like they weren’t even cleaned. We found loose chips on the side of the bed and there was drink stains on the walls. The bed springs popped loudly when you would sit on bed. The ac worked well, but was also very loud. The elevator sounded like it was going to break down with you in it. The redhead and younger ladies at the front desk acted like you were bothering them when you would go to ask a question.

We were moved from our double queen suite because of cleanliness issues. We lost out on money and had to settle for a king room with a pull out couch. The lobby was nice but the motel looks rundown.

Breakfast was a 2. Pillows was a 3.

The employees were fantastic! I had a horrible experience with another hotel but the employees here called me to check on me to make sure it wasn’t a domestic violence situation. I was so incredibly grateful for their concern and care. We felt extremely safe at this hotel and it was newly remodeled. We loved going to the movie theater right behind the hotel. We were grateful for a working pool but it was pretty cold and my daughter scraped her foot on the rough steps into the pool. Other than that we were really pleased with our stay!

As soon as we arrived I got ignored for couple of minutes on front desk. We stayed with my 2 year old son and he watched cartoons and laughed and right before 10pm we received call from front desk that multiple rooms complained about loud noise. Ok so i turned tv off and we went to sleep. We heard same loud noise all night as well as other kids from other room. Are room had gap on front door like 2 inches so it’s not surprising that we hear everything. I attached photo with gap so people can judge if is worth staying. We definitely won’t stay there again.

Nice room but the outside grounds had a lot of litter.

The hotel is very nice. There is no housekeeping. We eere there three mights. No new towels, no empty trash. The breakfast is good.

The price was good and the distance from downtown was less than ten minutes.

Our room was really nice and big. It was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very welcoming as well, especially the man who checked us in. He had lots of good restraunt recommendations and was very welcoming everytime he saw us.

I loved it. Very nice property and rooms. Felt like new. Close to the highway and a short and convenient drive from Downtown Durango.

Cleanliness is the only complaint our group had. We reserved 2 rooms. The public areas were clean and well maintained, however, both of the rooms had stains on the bedding and mattresses, and unmentionables left in the shower. The bathroom floor wasn’t clean and the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. The breakfast was great and the staff was excellent. We wouldn’t stay here again but only because of the cleanliness of the room.
