Clean and close to the Ziggo Dome

Only one of the two lifts was available. Queues built up at busy checking in times,so residents had to squeeze past and join queue for lift. Room fine,nice shower. Excellent location for Arena events.

Silverfish in the room crawling on the ceiling to the ventilation. Disgusting

Cheap hotel with train and metro stations 30 second walk away. Rooms are clearly just wiped down, sheets changed and hoovered but still very dusty with floor ‘seasoning’ still visible. Only one very flat pillow for each bed. Otherwise, convenient hotel if you’re not a princess requiring home comforts.

Room was simple and comfortable for our stay. Hotel location was perfect for easy access to transit and grocery.

You need to pay for almost all the service here.

Stayed here for a gig at the Ziggo Dome, perfect location for the arena with easy links to the city and airport. Very basic but for the price it was expected. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly. The only negative was the noise in the morning, the cleaners themselves were very quiet and considerate but the rooms are very echoey so the noise of the hoover and moving things around just travels through the corridor. Can’t be helped but something to consider if you like a lie in!

It’s in the surrounds of a stadium, so it’s pretty bleak at 7am. But it’s got a supermarket next door and that does coffee & pastries! For price and proximity to Metro, can’t go wrong. Reception staff lovely.

The rooms are a bit rough and banged up but it was connected to the football stadium and very close to the metro which was good. We didn’t mind as the beds were still clean and was just a place to stay.

20 EURO for early check in and 20 EURO for late check out, 10 am is checkout and 3 pm is check-in. had to pay since traveled on 9 hr flight with 2 kid room smelled, inform reception nothing happened shower was flooding so had to keep water slow shower water was changing temperature automatically. said on checking in my card was declined, Expedia has my AMEX I have being using for years but since this property does not accept American Express, so I was told my card was declined so I had to give my MasterCard so that I can check in.

Basics such as drinking glasses, hairdryer not in room. Only 1 pillow per person. No value for money, only positive was the close proximity to Ziggo. Confusion during check in whether room was paid for through hotels.com as shown on the app - i had to then pay at checkin. Early checkout at 10.

Sure The property don’t have a refrigerator but for me could not have a cup of tea at night

Brilliant place & Convince

The hotel should make the curtains wider, at least wide enough being able to cover the windows. It is aweful that we had to try to drag the curtains back and forth trying to cover the windows. For the price paid, I would expect a better amenities in the hotel room. Replace the missing hangers on the hanging rack. The whole rack in our room only has two hangers. Rest are all missing. Never stayed in the hotel charging extra money for early checkin. It is totally new to me. Learned something new The music from outside hotel played so loud until 1:30 AM for both nights we stayed there, terrible!!!

This hotel is in a perfect location if you are going to a concert or game at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. The venue entrance is right beside the hotel. It's also almost right beside the train station and metro but it was never loud. It's about half an hour to Central station on the metro. Quicker and more comfortable on the inner-city rail (but more expensive, of course). Two stops away from the airport. Itf you're a runner, it's also close to Nelson Mandelapark. So the location is great. But location is basically all you're paying for at this hotel. It's barely above a hostel. Cramped room, shower facility doesn't drain properly so we flooded the bathroom every time we showered. They'll only clean your room every four nights -- the front desk staff was kind enough to get our room cleaned after the second night. You have to go downstairs to ask for a towel. The bare basics. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Located very close to the train and metro station

I had an amazing time at the hotel. I was greeted on arrival with friendly and helpful staff. The room was a nice size and homely. Both the room and bathroom were clean and cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable. If I needed anything, for example extra towels, all I needed to do was send text and that request was supplied. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Amsterdam.

well located near transportation, shopping areas, parking. staff was doing his work. room cleaning is note everyday but every 4 days, once in my case for a 8-day stay. it is unsufficient.

Nice hotel near the station and the stadion. Also good possibilities for grocery shopping. However, the service was really bad. I felt like they were annoyed with me every time I went.

Would have been 10/10 if it wasn’t for the shockingly rude receptionists that laughed in my face when I asked for an extra pillow. She said ‘we don’t have pillows here’ and laughed again. Nothing major to some but it’s what i’ll remember as there we no pillows in our room and we had to use jumpers

Everything was terrible

Slightly far away from the city centre but one metro will get you there (roughly 10 stops). Comfy, clean rooms. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again

The property location is nice, it's just 2 min walk to station. Neighborhood is also happening.and also prices are reasonable. I loved my stay.

Perfect place to stay for Stadium/Ziggodome events. Right in front of the station so the city centre is one short train ride away.

Very small place with an awkward washroom setup, and the sheet had stain on it. However the staff was polite and the location was right next to the metro which made for convenient travel around.

Close to transit. Too crowed.
