This place was a great find on Expedia. The room was clean and the staff were accommodating. The place is close to everything! Sadly, they don’t serve free breakfast. There is a 7-11 store downstairs so the location is very convenient.

Rooms are very nice. Only issue is, we were booked on the 3rd floor. The stairs going up was too much as the place did not have an elevator

Always great, the suites are like silent little caves isolated from the noise and chaos outside. Whisper quiet air conditioner and the roof top area is magic for exercise or catching some sun.

Staff was nice, very clean, a few good local restaurants within walking distance. There are 2 gyms within 4 blocks. The only negative thing is how much the laundry service was. I can do twice as much laundry where I am living at now compared to what they were charging me. Overall, A-.

We only stayed for one night between flights. Hotel shuttle service was easy and very helpful. The staff was very friendly and helpful answering all our questions. The Room was clean and peaceful. It was a good choice for our needs. The location was great as well.

Hotel is fairly new but shows signs of wear. Bathroom tiles are stained, water is a bit weak. Service is fast but blankets are thin. No restaurant but you can eat in restos nearby. No elevator but you can take stairs. There is a guard which is good.

location ok.beddings are somewhat old but clean.theres convenience store within vicinity for shopping. 3 blocks from shore

GOOD LOCATION NEXT TO A 7-11, GREAT TV CHANNELS AND BEDDINGS

Everything’s fine except for one disappointing factor: customer service. They already gave the room to somebody else on the following day without informing us or asking us if we want to extend even if we were still there booked on our scheduled dates. Of all hotels i have stayed in, they are tge only one who don’t have proper decorum followed. It was peak season in Dumaguete for hotels and pension houses and airbnb homes that time and we need to find another hotel to stay in. Other hotels we have inquired to were fully booked ‘cause they let their guests to extend. And btw, we’ve called earlier to inform them that we’re extending our stay. We have the same case with other guests, who were not allowed to extend their stay. This experience has affected my overall impression and rating to this hotel.

Hotel room is pretty dirty with ants and other bugs all over the walls and area. I didn’t even want to open the kitchen and clothes closets due to possible cockroaches. I was shocked we didn’t see one. The shower door and sink was broken. It reminded me of taking a shower in a door. The staff was very nice thou and accommodating. Unfortunately the halls were pretty noisy and the street noise was loud. For 45$ a night you can’t expect much but I was hoping it was going to be a touch cleaner

Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy access to public transportation. Seems to be a safe area, but sometimes there are people who are a bit drunk around the covenience store at night. There is usually a security guard near the entrance to the hotel. Internet speed fluctuates throughout the day. Room is clean and comfortable. Stairs only.

Great hotel, quiet, clean and great staff that are happy to help. The hotels in a good spot not far from the waterfront and restaurants and some good shops around and local transport is both cheap and easy to navigate. Would stay here again when in Dumaguete.

Good experience nice place to stay would reccommend to others

First problem was to find the location. Our GPS sent us way up and beyond in the street. We arrived late evening, and could not spot the sign. Had to ask three times for the direction. The hotel was quite new, and everything was clean and neat. We got a spacious family room. Some choices for the interior and bathroom was cheap and lousy Chinese quality. Towelhanger was loose, bathroom faucet was loose, sliding door in the shower was Rusty and no longer sliding, and all this already falling apart, in such a new hotel, tells me that they choose too low quality to get top score. Fix the cheap interior and put lights in the sign outdoor sign, and this will be tip top! PS: A 7/11 store at the entrance is also quite nice, so you can get any needing a for the night.

Hotel is so clean and very accessible to all that we needs.

Room was clean, no view since wall was right there outside the window, but overall plenty for a nights rest

No frills hotel. Hotel facility is okay. There are no elevators but this was a non-issue as we were docked on the second floor. The room and the bathroom was clean and properly maintained. There is a 7-eleven store at the ground floor of the hotel which is a huge plus in my book as I don't have to worry about where to find drinking water at 2 in the morning.

The hotel is new , but dont have breakfast & and the place dont have a refrigarator in room or office. well ubicated. good for one night stay.
